I so enjoyed a morning spent with Laura in her lovely home, showing us how to cook a delicious spring inspired lunch.Her kitchen is perfectly set up for an intimate group, the dishes were something that I wouldn't think to put together myself but felt easily achievable once Laura expertly showed us how.There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way as well as pick up some more general cooking/kitchen tips.At the end it was lovely to sit down and sample the food overlooking the beautiful garden. I have already made the blondies at home - delicious.Thank you Laura.

What a treat! Watch a talented chef cook a delicious meal whilst learning lots of the tricks of the trade and then get to enjoy eating it all in the most beautiful setting of Laura’s gorgeous home. I feel inspired but more importantly confident to now recreate it all for family and friends. Laura is an excellent teacher. Witty and knowledgeable and made the whole experience lots of fun. Thoroughly recommended.

I came across Laura via a recommendation from a friend and myself and a group of friends went for a cookery class at Laura's beautiful home in Dorset.What an experience! We've never done anything like this before, but we're already chomping at the bit to get this booked in again. Laura is brilliant - the perfect personality and expert in her field. The lunch was fun, informative, inspiring and spot-on from every angle. Thank you so much and we would all 100% recommend this if you're looking for a this type of experience.

What a lovely lunch in a wonderful setting - with wild deer in attendance. Laura made our daughter's 18th birthday lunch very special - thank you Laura. We enjoyed seeing Laura prepare a lovely lunch with lots of tricks of the trade - Laura made it all look effortless. Lunch in the dappled shade of the garden was a delight. Fabulous to see an expert in effortless action. Laura struck a super balance between attention and leaving us to enjoy the meal. Thank you so much.

Wonderful! Such a great experience - we watched Laura prepare some interesting vegetarian dishes and delicious desserts and learnt so many new techniques and tips to take away. It was very relaxed and enjoyable and then we had the bonus of eating the food she had prepared for our lunch! Highly recommended and very enjoyable…

I came to Laura’s class looking for inspiration and I left with lots of ideas, as well as the knowledge and confidence to execute them myself. In fact, I recreated the citrus salmon with all the side dishes and apricot cake for pudding for a lunch party - and my guests loved it! I’ll definitely be returning for more.
