I had the loveliest experience at Relax Therapy in Hailsham, East Sussex.I don't treat myself as often as I should so booked myself in for a deluxe pedicure.The treatment was amazing, my feet really needed the love that Liz gave them.The conversation was great too, I feel like Liz should be a counsellor too, she’d be great at it.Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and get to know me during my treatment.Highly recommend coming here and I will be back!

Had a pregnancy massage and was the best massage I have ever had. I have anxiety surrounding my pregnancy and for the first time in 24 weeks I felt completely relaxed. A now very loyal client who can't wait for my next massage !

Liz has a very relaxing therapy room and atmosphere. The massage I would say is the best I’ve had and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Liz is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m delighted.

Liz is a star! Two treatments within a week of each other in the hope we could get my skin sorted for my wedding…Liz worked wonders! She managed to take away all inflammation as well as giving me space to relax (an unintended benefit and let’s face it, needed in the lead up to a wedding!). I had a facial with Liz - it was amazing. She made me feel relaxed instantly, her skills and technique was great. The products she used smelt and felt lush, and my skin has felt lovely since. I would recommend Liz to anyone!
