Friendly and helpful staff and very patient, although for my case it took us for more than 1.5 h to settle the contract. Highly recommend

If your afraid to change networks. Don't be EE. Has got ya back anytime you have problems they'll solve it. I've had BT 20yrs. This is the best from BT mobile to EE. Go for it.

Daanish was fantastic, and the manager of the store both came up with a great solution for what I needed and had excellent knowledge for my situation.Great stuff

Extremely disappointing. Moved from another network with a promise that I can connect my smartwatch to it. Signed a contract with a seemingly professional and friendly consultant. After 2 days struggle to have my watch connected, service being refused for 3 different reasons by different call center consultants giving, than having spoken to another 3 in-store consultants, I haven't been offered any solution or explanation to the problem or even an apology for misguiding and misselling the product other than cancelling the contract altogether. With a shrug of one of consultant's shoulders who was more willing to close the shop in time rather than help. Truly and shockingly poor experience for a network that calls itself the best in UK...

Very confusing visit. Entered the shop with a simple request, I said 'I'm with provider X at the moment, but I'm not satisfied. I have a pre-paid sim and want to switch to EE'. The shop assistant proceeded grabbing a sim card, and started to set it up on the iPad. I got a bit worried he didn't fully understand what I wanted, so I said 'I would like to keep my phone number of course'. Upon which he reacted very surprised. Why would I want a new phone number?? I said I want to switch" to EE. After that it was all very difficult and confusing. 'Loads' of work had to be done on the computer

AVOID AVOID AVOID.Their repair service says £90 screen repair service. (Google Pixel 6). My touchscreen was also damaged, therefore expected it to be slightly higher, maybe around £200. First I was told to visit the store for any info as it can't be given over the phone.Visited store to be told they can't do anything, I need to go to the Bolton store (this could have been told over the phone). They then say they could send to Bolton (for a fee.) I go through this process to be told the repair would be £600+. The phone is worth around £600 NEW. Even the staff were confused and told me it is a glitch on the system & go to the Bolton store as they have a different system. Before driving 30+ minutes, I rang the Bolton store to be told that is not the case and they would get this same 'Glitch'. So I then visited the Arndale store (over the road) on the off chance... nothing new here, £600+, still being told this is a glitch and go to the Bolton store.Rang the Bolton store again who give me a direct number for customer service. Ring this number, spoke to a woman who transferred me to a technician who was once again, as confused as me, as she only repairs phones, doesn't usually deal with customers or quotes but suggested the cost for the screen materials would be near £600, once again the phone new is only this amount. So she advises to call back. Try again, this woman speaks to an advisor on my behalf. I then speak to this advisor who tells me there is no way the screen cost that amount (as anyone using their common sense would know). This technician then books me in to the Manchester Fort store as he didn't have any confidence in the other 2 stores I have been to. He reads me the notes he has 'added' the my account for the in store advisor to understand it is not £600 for the screen.Today comes, I visit the store at 11:30am. To go through the same process and be told yep, £600+ for repair. I ask to see the notes the technician added and all that was added was 'Customer has damaged phone, needs quote for repair'. At this point I am remembering the days of a Nokia house brick being indestructible. Oh what a time.Just to add, I have offered to fix the screen myself as if you check youtube this is no longer than a 30minute job, I am told if I do this I lose my lifetime warrant, so naturally I ask for advise on what to do & every time am passed back to a store that they already know can't sort my issue. So the advisor at the Fort store actually looks into this a little further and advises me this is actually the price for a full replacement phone due to the touchscreen being damaged... so not a repair service, a replacement service, where I purchase an entire new phone... but they get to keep the damaged one, to no doubt repair and resell. That doesn't seem too ethical to me.This advisor was more helpful than anyone else and suggested I go direct to google, not too sure why this is the first time this has been suggested and I have actually been advised this repair can't be completed by EE.So I visit Ismash at Arndale, within 2 hours the phone is fixed, with a genuine google screen/touchscreen and warranty still in place for a grand total of £160.May I also add that the Market St store had that many staff doing nothing I genuinely thought they were all customer waiting to be served until I got closer and saw the uniform. I understand people may be new and also we are still having knock on effects from covid, but this was absolutely terrible. No one was willing to help, online/phone teams were slating in store staff, yet helping just as little as them.Parting words from employees were literally 'goodluck.'When asked if there is any way at all to leave EE once I have paid for the repair, staff actually laughed at me and said 'Ye if you pay the termination fee'.I left Vodafone as I thought EE was known for better customer service around a month a go and honestly it was a massive mistake. Definitely leaving at the earliest opportunity.

Very good place to go if you have an EE phone, or even if you're thinking about switching to EE, you can't go wrong. These guys know everything to do with mobiles and anything they don't know well they figure it there and then.

Appalling Service both in store and by the so called technical team. Mid September I visited the EE store in Manchester to change my outdated broadband account to a new and more modern tariff and asked them to send me a new router. Couple of weeks later EE still took the old amount from my account of £42 even though two weeks earlier it had changed to a lower amount, one month later I was still getting bills by email saying £42 will be taken from my account, I revisited the store on Sunday the 16th of October to be greeted by a miserable assistant who told me to ring EE, I replied but you are EE I need to know why my broadband hasn’t been updated one whole month after my initial visit, unfortunately I didn’t get the assistants name but she was young and wearing a head scarf, her attitude towards me was so rude and she was so unhelpful. After numerous phone calls to the joke of a technical team who then say we need to ask our specialist team why my broadband is still on the old tariff I received yet another bill for £42 instead of £27 and 6 weeks later my router is still non existent. The whole EE experience has been very upsetting for me and I would not recommend anybody to go to the EE store in Manchester to ask them for help in putting right their own mess up.

Excellent service from Mo. Went in to enquire about switching providers and to decide on a new phone. Mo was very helpful and sorted out a hassle free switch on the day with no handset charge. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully EE do a much better job than my current service provider.
