Full disclaimer I've never been to a osteopath before but I suffer from intermittent sciatica in my left leg, in the first session Gary was able to establish that my pelvis was not aligned evenly and managed to correct it so my weight wasn't always on my right foot! There was no pressure from the team to book in for more appointments which was nice, I didn't feel like it was a con. Instantly I could see and feel a difference. Will definitely be returning in the future and hope I'm not too sore tomorrow :) thanks again

Gary was of great help when I herniated a disk in my lower back and was experiencing sciatic problems and I made a much faster recovery through having regular treatment with him.I have now been a patient of Gary's for over 3 years and have regular appointments with him for maintenance for sports injuries and correction of problems arising from work related postural issues.Highly recommended, knowledgeable and friendly osteopath for anyone back, muscle or joint pain.

I have been a patient with Sheldon Osteopathic clinic for over 10 years. Very friendly and professional service with outstanding knowledge. As a runner my body requires regular maintenance to maintain a level of performance and since seeing Gary I have been able to train harder and longer with my body working the way it should.Would highly recommend to anyone either you need specific injuries treating or general well being.

Garry is a great guy, you feel like you're in good hands. I have been to a few Osteopaths, here you get a lot done for your money, he works fast and has excellent understanding of what he does.

I have been going to gary for around 6 months. His friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.I have a general check up every 3 weeks and I feel great as I have a bad back and shoulders. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none.My mum also had a bad neck and he fixed it within 3 sessions.Fantastic osteopath!

I have seen numerous physiotherapists, osteopaths and a chiropractor so I do have some comparisons to draw on.I received/ing a first class service. Gary tries to accommodate you in cases of emergency and returns phone calls quickly to give any advice /answer any queries you may have. Thorough history taken along with taking your blood pressure. He explains what treatment he is going to carry out clearly demonstrating his knowledge by using visual aids to help your understanding of treatment. He is very respectful and plenty of nice clean soft towels are available to protect your modesty. The treatment room is always nice and warm too. He works WITH YOU at your pace checking after every stretch/procedure that you are okay. He doesn't presume everybody is covered under medical insurances for payment and is refreshingly honest when it comes to recommending follow up sessions. He will suggest booking in so many weeks however always emphasises if you're STRUGGLING or concerned to call him.Lovely genuine, kind, compassionate bloke who I feel at ease with. His partner Elaine is great too , she went out of her way to find a phone number for me to help with another matter.

I have had treatment from Gary for over 10 years he is a master at what he does. Any problems that I have had Gary has sorted them out and he has made me aware of what my body can and cannot do in middle age. My sister in law from Dublin even had treatment after having no joy with sorting out her shoulder from practitioners over there. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I call him Dumbledore as he is a magician sorting my aches and pains out.
