Could not have had a better estate agent to look after us. Matt and Laurence were especially helpful in finding us a new home. Within the hour, we had a place secured after looking at other properties for months. Both were lovely, kind and polite. Cannot thank you both enough!

Avoid Haart at all cost. After agreeing on the letting and quickly taking money for application (and all checks came through correctly), they first called to delay the move in date for one week, then on the move in date wrote in the morning that they would have the contract ready to sign, only to give a phone call later saying that they had a concern with the property and were no longer letting it !!!!!!! As anyone can imagine this left us on the street scrambling for a hotel and back to square one on a crazy market. Not only this - they never ever made an effort to offer an alternative, nor did they follow up. They made up an excuse about city council concerns which were a plain lie (we checked with city council ) Turned out the landlord was not satisfied with Haart and had terminated them. The most unprofessional company ever.04-Dec-2023 Follow-up after Haart responding (months later): which part is not correct? You cancelled on the move in date, you did not offer any alternative, and you never followed up - and the same property was then let by another real estate company, no problems with city council. Again, the definition of unprofessional, insult over injury.

I found it necessary to have an valuation on my home which Bruce Devlin handled. Prior to visiting he evaluated properties in the area and arrived armed with data. During the visit he appreciated the improvement work and expansions to the property, the level of finishes, flow and functionality. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous and had insights into aspects of the property that I had not even considered which would enhance the valuation. Thank you very much Bruce it was a pleasure to meet you.

Haart, and in particular Charlotte and Callum, have been superb in their service, friendliness and overall professionalism. I’ve used Haart for both sales and lettings for over a year and cannot fault them. One thing I’m particularly impressed with is how fast they respond to emails, which puts them above and beyond other agents. No matter what the question or problem, they respond in minutes, take ownership of it and resolve. Very highly recommended.
