Never answer the phone for me to rearrange an appointment. Then say its my fault for not cancelling. Reception is useless don't understand how to deal with phone calls just keeps me on hold for 10 mins just for another appointment . Ended up having to put the phone down Come on sort it out please.

Been coming here for aprox 20 years during that time I've seen 3 dentists--all were great...just left having had an old bridge extracred...was totally pain free--even the needle bits were fine...can't recommend enough.

Attended this dentist Surgery today 12/07/2023. The customer service was second to none, the dentist was highly professional, knowledgeable and was very empathetic, all options towards my treatment was clearly explained to me and treatment advice given. Had my tooth extracted this was done with ease and swiftness. Cost of treatment was reasonableI highly recommend Rivergreen Dental practice

Excellent service today.l went in as my tooth had broken and asked if it would be possible to wait and have an emergency appointment.I was given one and after a short wait my tooth was filled.Great service all round from the receptionist to the treatment.Thank you!!
