My company has been using these services for years. Flexible and helpful.I've had very few issues and those I did have were met and resolved very quickly on the phone. You get through to a human very fast!Seems to be a nice company with friendly letters letting you know what's going on enclosed with the invoices.

Last Monday morning just before 6am one of them driver's" caused a accident reg.plate MX16XDB! He was driving too fast on the narrow country road and he hit my husband's car on the side and all what he said just contact my company and they will sort everything out! We did that and they said to us the will send all the dash cam records to them insurance! But since them nothing happened! The company's insurance not answering to our insurance at all! So disappointed! They left us with more than £3000 damage
