Very good customer service. Had to take back a faulty drone bought in December 2019 but lost receipt. I had my credit card statement and they were only too happy to exchange. I wanted to pay extra for an upgrade and they were really helpful

Finally we have our own Menkind store in swansea! While some things may be pricey compared to online stores it doesn't beat the feeling of walking around a store and browsing.

If you are looking for that perfect gift for a man that loves gadgets and cool stuff look no further. Great customer service. I had to return a faulty product and it was exchanged with no fuss even though I had disposed of the packaging and had lost the receipt. I purchased further items and the staff kindly offered to look after them whilst I did some further shopping. Great staff.

Fantastic shop full of querky, funny gifts and items. I always shop here for Christmas presents. Staff are always helpful and can be inexpensive if you go at the right time.

Lots of lovely gadgets and toys... unfortunately a member of staff was rude,and would not take my £20 note as he said it wasn't legal tender anymore.. I work in retail myself and we continue to take paper £20 notes

Never will I use this company again! Ordered an electric scooter in the 8th of December, hadn't heard anything for a fee days emailed and they assured me it was waiting to be shipped then another telling me it has been shipped... it's now the 23rd of December and I emailed them yesterday as still no tracking number. Today they have said there has been a huge demand and the scooter is no longer available sorry for any inconvenience!!! Lied to me for weeks that I had a scooter and last minute the day before Xmas eve tell me they don't have one for me! So disappointed and angry, this is obviously a Christmas gift! I have been on their Facebook page and all I have seen is complaints!! No delivery after months! There is no where to leave reviews on the Facebook page so people have been leaving them on her the advertisements...
