Co-op Funeralcare, Harrogate

We used the Knaresborough Road Branch. The team were friendly, patient and understanding during arranging our Mum's funeral. They couldn't do enough for us. I feel we were really looked after. I would definitely recommend using Co-operative Funeralcare.

The staff at the Knaresborough Rd office was very helpful compassionate understanding and caring. They helped my dad and I to find the perfect send off for my mother and what we choose was very fitting for her plan and simple as my mother would of wanted. My dad and I can't thank them enough for all they did for us and we would highly recommend them.

My mums funeral was with the co-op I do not know who organised who goes in the cars, I as a daughter of the deceased should have been asked to go in the car behind my mums coffin but I was not, at the chapel I was two rows behind, neices nephews daughter and son in laws, my mums funeral was horrible for me I felt like I was at a strangers funeral.
