I visited on Thursday the 9th of November from about 9pm-11pm. Service was absolutely fantastic. Staff were amazing so kind and really made my night<3 Place is wonderful, amazing selection of wines and the cheese board is fantastic. I want to say thank you so much to the lady with the short hair and the man that took our drinks order they were so kind and really made my birthday evening. Thank you so much to all the staff, they are why i’d to return! x

Had a lovely evening in Grape and Grain last night. Relaxing environment, excellent selection of wines. Great service. To add to that, we had fantastic live music. A young musician called Emma. Brilliant

Second time being back there, first time they got the wrong drinks twice then we gave up. Yeah it's nice, yeah it's fancy, yeah it's expensive, it's exactly what you want for your Instagram feed... But there is a constant pressure to buy something, waiters always popping up to see if you want to order more even if you haven't finished your drink. We had no reservation and we saw a booth empty we said we want to stay there, took a lot of back and forth with the waiter to go and check with the manager if we can have the table for a hour... Maybe... We said no maybe either yes or no , then, they said for 1 hour and half maybe, we said no again, looked like if someone else would have made a booking they would have us get up from the table. We said no again finally they said you have the table for two hours. Felt like they were doing me a favor on my money as a customer. Not going back there again.

If you want to have a romantic glass of wine and food or a drink with friends in an ambient atmosphere then this is the place,The staff are brilliant and chatty and make you welcome from the word goThis place is a must visit! I know I will be back

We had a great time at Grape & Grain. Excellent wine in a really nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back, and would recommend it.We shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and had bruschetta as a snack. I also had a strawberry daiquiri.Excellent service and overall it was a great evening.

Beautiful place. Wireless charging for your phones built into the tables. Very expensive but really nice for a treat or special occasion. Plenty of spirits to choose from. Loved it.

5 star for service and atmosphere but the food was a let down. They do not do any more platters on Saturday which is at least strange for a wine bar not to serve a platter. I had a plate which was supposed to have different types of ham which was a let down. The tortilla was bought and not home made and the cheese board had more bread than cheese. I really like that place and have been too many times but after last visit I am sceptical if I will go back.

Lovely wine bar with very luxurious decor. Not so sure about the £10 price tag for cocktails then a 10% Service charge on top. Rather pricey in my book.

Nice venue and atmosphere and good selection of drinks, however the staff are pushy and quite rude. Was told we had to leave the table in 20 minutes and then asked if we wanted to order more drinks as ‘20 minutes while he plenty time to drink it’. No sorry I won’t be rushed to drink then ushered out so that you can get more money of out of me. Very sad as it’s a lovey place and whilst we didnt have anything to eat the platters looked lovely, although pricey.

Staff were very friendly. It's busy so definitely make a reservation. We did the wine flight and 2 person shared platter. The wine in the flight was okay, ordering outside of the flight was a better option. Keep in mind the 2 person platter is Big!
