I traveled for an hour to visit this dealership after scheduling an appointment to view a specific car. I was impressed with the vehicle and promptly placed a substantial deposit. Following that, I secured third-party financing, and the complete payment was sent on the same day. Unfortunately, my satisfaction turned into disappointment when they contacted me the next day, informing me that the car had already been sold the day before, leaving me with no options. This not only negatively impacted my credit score but I now also have a 30-day waiting period before I can reapply for financing. I strongly advise against dealing with this dealership to avoid wasting time and facing delays in acquiring a much-needed car.

Process from beginning to driving off was fantastic and easy. Saw a mercedes on Autotrader, well priced and clear listing. Enquired, got a call 2 mintues later from Aaron. Visted the dealership, Aaron was great throughout whole process. Car matched exactly details on the listing.On collection, fantastic straight forward experience, car was buffed up, cleaned, serviced ready for me to take.Will definitely recommend to use the dealership and Aaron. Owner rang due to the negative review and quickly rectified the negative experience I had and turned it to a positive experience.Car was bought for PCO and owner was knowledgeable on what's needed to obtain a PCO badge as a thorough MOT is conducted. There was a minor bump and 2 front tyres under the threshold. He then advised this will all be sorted out within a day or two. Left the deposit and sorted out was advised the finance will be sorted out.They have a good arrays of cars, possibly over 50 cars, all looked decent.Very satisfied with the outcome this time round!
