What helpful, reliable and attentive service! Heather, her colleague Ron and their installer Dave provided top-notch information, support and excellent service, AND they went the extra mile. Such a welcome experience, and a pleasing way to handle business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brighton Domestic Appliances to anyone, and I will certainly make them my first port of call for future needs.

As a landlady I always expect good customer service for appliances. Brighton Domestic Appliances did not disappoint! Within 10 minutes of phoning them for a new cooker they had ordered it, booked the slot for delivery, liaised with the agent and organized removal of our old appliance. I cannot rate Ron in sales highly enough! He went above and beyond to help us with a quick turnaround before our new tenant moved in! I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Top marks for excellent customer service and follow through!

Am so impressed with this company. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery was bang on time, and the engineers went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to installing the new machine. And they are cheaper then Curry's! I was so pleased with the service that I'd have bought from them even if they weren't cheaper, but it goes to show that it's worth supporting local firms. I will definitely be using this company again.

Staff was very helpful. Various types of appliances and good stock. Approachable from Churchill Square through the Panasonic Store in the Imperial Arcade.

Well slap my face with a kipper, i have as a rule always tried to use local traders. You get good advise and honest advise. except this place........ the sales team are bar far the friendliest bunch of people i have every purchased from. service was excellent, knowledge excellent, customer satisfaction excellent. I must of had a chat with every member of staff but mostly Jason how was a font of knowledge. but overall my hat goes off to the the store manager Ron, who has clearly trained his staff well. If you ever need anything electrical this is where you should come.

Nathan made our purchase of a new dishwasher so easy. The price was the same as the lowest price we found online. The appliance was delivered by Whirlpool directly to us and we paid for BDA to come and fit it for us which was well worth it as the two guys who came round were cheerful, knowledgeable and really good at what they do and they took away our old dishwasher and all the packaging for the new one. All in all a far better service than you get from the larger retailers whose main interest is usually to sell you an extended warranty!

This company offered the best price nationally on the item I required and I made the mistake of thinking that meant a bargain basement service. IT WAS NOT! The customer service offered was second to none and Ron who dealt with me was knowledgeable, helpful and he certainly went the extra mile for me. The after-sales service was exemplary and I highly recommend the company. I will certainly deal with them again.
