IMO Car Wash

Fantastic - really great clean, spent time and cook care to make sure everything looked great

bad experience, the worst car wash IMO, either all their brushes don't work, or they don't have soap, or they don't have enough staff, the final towels are way too high, they don't wipe anything! And the person who collects the money is much too bored, arrogant, he gives me the impression every time that I bother him. I do not recommend.

Not very pleased,the one in Barking is two classes over...went back to talk to them...look at the pictures to see how it looks,after I paied £13 as private hire vehicle(£16 Normal price) plus £3 as tip...I had to go home to hover it back and clean it,as private hire driver I can not give rides to customers like that in a 67 plate Audi...4 months old carVERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am satisfied, the staff is very kind and helpful. And overall done a great job. The car outside looked great, spotless. The inside was done nicely too. All dust and bits from the seats and carpet has been hoovered well. Interior got wiped properly, just a small bit got left out. Unfortunately the marks on the seat remained as they were before, which is fine if the mini valet doesn’t cover it, but I have asked for the level of cleaning which could take it off and was advised on mini valet. It is very possible that it is a tough dirt and the guy could not have a proper look through the window to judge and that is why is still there, but in that case this could have been communicated some way.

Was using this IMO for a long time before the recent staff change. Now they're useless. Not a care in the world. Just had my wing mirror damage in the wash and the attitude was dismissive like it wasn't their fault...the wing mirror was in the wash. No damage prior to attending. No help at all when trying to raise as a complaint. They all just run away like cowards.Update; Returned to give them another try and I am happy my car wasn't damaged but if only it was cleaned properly! I mean that's what I went there for... certainly won't be returning again unless change of management.

Terrible service. Rude and don't clean properly inside. You have to go back and ask them to do certain areas again and even then its not been cleaned. Definitely better IMOs around

Probably the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I have been there a few times but the male staff especially the man who collects the money are all rude, impatient and lack any form of service skills. I hope that is not how they generally treat women. Car is barely clean, streaks every where and rather than rectifying errors, they resort to snarky comments and rude remarks. Worst bunch of men I’ve encountered in a long time. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards paying customers

For most cars it does a quick and pretty good job, I've used this wash a few times before with no issues. Unfortunately I put new wheels on my car with raw metal lips and it left some nasty chemical marks on the wheels, nothing a polish didn't fix but worth knowing for anyone with fancy wheels.

This was my first time here and found a couple of the staff rude and condescending the end result was very good but not with the attitude i recieved
