Well done on the flu and COVID vaccination programme taken place this morning. Good to see that many turned up.

Not for me, but thought worth a review as lovely lady behind reception got the patient seen due to red mark on neck. After wrongly being sold itch cream by a pharmacy it turned out to be an infection, the receptionist wasn't asked for an appointment did it off her own back. Fantastic service.

I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter now for 6 weeks. As a busy working mum, this is a nightmare. Every time I call, I'm told I need to call back on a certain day. When I try to call back, the line is constantly engaged. I tried the Livi line, had to go through the hassle of trying to get permission from the doctors to allow my daughter to be added. Got through this, and made an appointment only to wait on hold for 30 min and then be told that they had to cancel as my GP had not granted permission. Where do I go from here other than emergency walk-in clinic for something that's not an emergency (fast becoming, if we have to wait longer). The worst experience with the NHS I've ever had and so disappointing.

Twice in the last couple of weeks I have found a particular receptionist curt and condescending. The doctors and nurses are very good however.

Just been this morning at surgery, the worst experience ever in 25 years in UK,doctor claimed we were late but perfectly on time, she didn t let us finish to speak and basically fend us out ,this was very racist,congratulation for the worst doctor in UK

After last week's appointment was cancelled I was happy to be able to see the nurse today. Upon arrival the receptionist told that the nurse is sick so my appointment is cancelled. The other receptionist chirped in a bit sarcastically with we did try to call!"

Excellent surgery(s) with helpful receptionists and professional doctors and clinical advisors. The ‘patches’ system is brilliant and more often we have managed s same day appointment with a by phone or face to face. Personally I moved here from another surgery and that was 10 times worse than here.

Based on my 10 years of experience, I regret to say that this GP surgery is among the worst in the UK. As a parent of a 5-year-old, I have found it extremely difficult to secure appointments. Despite numerous attempts to book, the surgery always claims to be at full capacity and suggests seeking emergency services, which burdens the NHS hospitals unnecessarily. Additionally, the staff's attitude has been disappointing, lacking empathy and demonstrating rudeness.Update: After posting a negative review, the Chief of the surgery promptly called me and scheduled a same-day appointment for my 5-year-old. It appears that the prompt response was not a coincidence and shows the Chief's dedication to maintaining a positive reputation for the surgery. I didn't use my review to get an appointment, and I don't encourage others to do so. However, I expect a fair and transparent booking system, where appointments can be scheduled without being turned away due to capacity constraints. Until this is addressed, I will continue to leave a low rating. I appreciate the Chief's proactive approach and commitment to providing quality care.

If you can get an appointment, the doctors and nurses are great. However the receptionists are awful.Difficult to get through on the phone.Reception directs you to online patches" application which isn't reliable and closes at random times. The app meant to be open at 2pm
