I started using Julie in 2017 when she organised an amazing family trip to Lapland. I’ve used her ever since for family holidays and wouldn’t go anywhere else. First class service every time!

Julie has been an absolute god send over the last week. We were unfortunately on holiday in Rhodes when the fires reached our hotel and we had to escape to a nearby town. Like others, we were completely abandoned by our tour operator and had no contact from them. It was incredibly stressful. Julie was amazing and was our only support. She spent so much time contacting our tour operator on our behalf to find out information and gave us advice and also helped us to book emergency flights home when our daughter became unwell. She is also now helping us with the mountain of admin we have to do on our return. We are so grateful to Julie and after this experience, will always book any future holidays with her.

From start to finish Julie made it such an amazing experience. When you plan lapland you don't realise what goes into it. It was truly magical and l highly recommend Julie xxx
