Booked an eye test a day before and I was abit nervous as I hadn't had my eyes tested for 8 years but the staff were super friendly and professional and knowlgeable and were happy to answer any questions I had.They sorted out my eye test and new glasses/eye drops in under an hour.Would recommend Specsavers Blackheath to anyone. :)

From the moment I went in-store to book an eye test to the actual eye test, choosing glasses and having them fitted was a great experience. The whole team were extremely, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Everything was explained during the site tests. I would definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone who needs both eye test and hearing tests.

Excellent,very professional and offer a very good service. The assessment was carried out and the optometrist who was really informative and friendly. Picking glasses is usually difficult, but the assistant picked several frames until I felt comfortable with my choice following her opinion on what suited me. All in all without fault.

I have to say that whenever i go to specsavers, all the staff are very helpful and proffesional, they never leave you waiting, they come to your assistance immediately, i would recommend anyone to use them, you wont be disappointed.

I visited this specsavers with my gran and received an outstanding level of care from the staff. Hummera clearly explained how the OCT scan works and showed genuine concern for my gran’s comfort and made her feel at ease throughout the procedure. She made our visit very enjoyable. I look forward to collecting the glasses.

I can’t remember names but I came here 5 days ago to get my eyes tested and some new glasses. The optician was a young lady with curly hair and glasses, and the man who helped me was young with dark hair, he was telling me about how he’s considering going into optometry or audiology - they were sooooooo beautifully helpful and I left feeling so happy. All of the staff there were amazing, I’ve never experienced such good customer service in my life. Thank you again

Such friendly staff- I was very anxious and nervous and they left me smiling and laughing by the end ..Not one member of staff looked moody at any point during my visitThe staff were laughing and joking / singing songs .. it was a lovely atmosphere to be in when you are nervous and on edge ..Thank you to all the staff10/10
