Aaron was recommended to me last year when we had a problem with our boiler . Aaron is an extremely polite courteous and honest Engineer . Very approachable and reliable always willing to help and offer advise .He did a fantastic job for us and replaced our boiler and gave excellent advise and kept me informed all the way through . He did a great job and kept the cost very reasonable .I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Courteous , polite, honest heatings engineer .He is always a phone call away and always willing to help and give adviseA thorough gentleman !

Was a good price and the work was to a high standard

Aaron does not hold the competency to install an unvented hot water cylinder and therefore has contravened building regulations. When he informed us our unvented hot water cylinder needed replacing he made no mention that he was not G3 qualified for unvented hot water cylinders. His installation now needs to be removed and corrected by a competent qualified plumber to ensure it conforms to building regulations. He also invoiced us for items that were more expensive than what was actually installed. We were invoiced for a water softener at £516, but he in fact installed one which can be obtained for around £100. He was paid nearly £2000 upfront to install a shower suite in our property. He failed to turn up to our address and was repeatedly late. He also thought it was acceptable to be rude and dismiss us when he was challenged on this by hanging up the phone. He gave us more excuses than a politician throughout. He damaged items at our property and showed no care in communal areas leaving dirt and rubbish behind. He then took our monies refusing to refund us and has ignored any communication since. We have had to proceed with a Small Claims Court case against Aaron and he has been reported to GasSafe, Hounslow Council building control as well Trading Standards who are treating this as a criminal breach. Please stay away and use someone who is competent and honest.

Brilliant work on refitted bathroom amazing work highly recommend

called due to a gas leak. good professional advice over the phone letting me know how to turn off gas supply to keep us all safe until appointment. I was given an emergency appointment. Aaron arrived well within the specified time, was very courteous, went straight to work and managed to fix the problem. kept his work area clean and tidy and left us with the added knowledge that should there still be a problem then to contact him and he would come back. didn't need a return visit as all was fixed at the 1st appointment
