Thank you to Glen Florists, especially to Conor for the compassionate service when I was in ordering wreaths - they were beautiful.

Put a call in for some flowers to be delivered close to closing time all I can say is they where bloody amazing.Lovely lady dealt with order, and the flowers were stunning.Many thanks

Specifically ordered lilies for a sick lady to be delivered, as they are her favourite smelling flowers.Even went to their shop and paid £40.They delivered the wrong bouquet not 1 single lily . When I rang they told me they would have to take flowers back and make a new bunch up, I explained the lady had already put flowers in vase and didnt want to bother her too much as she was unwell. So asked if they would just deliver 2 lily stems so at least she would get the smell she loves . Only to be told it costs them £6 ,a stem and they wouldn't accommodate the request. . On one hand they acknowledged they mixed the order up , but they would not rectify their mistake. Very poor customer service .. Will never be back ..

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had to place an order from out of town and Connor was incredibly attentive and helpful. The final product was stunning - and exactly what I'd pictured when making the order.Overall - great experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing floral arrangements in this area.

Absolutely amazing place open on a Sunday too which is unusual. Their flowers are so fresh and last a long time
