Great service, Nigel was very friendly and super helpful during the sales cycle. Have had my door for a couple of years and emailed out of the blue tonight and got a helpful reply within 20 minutes!The products are top class too.

Thank you Nigel, Emelia and Jamie for delivering excellent service when we purchased our new windows. Ultra professional service from start to finish, great communications, with almost immediate responses to questions. Thanks for also holding onto the windows while we waited for a slot with an incredibly busy installer. Finally, I must just mention how happy we are with the product, really well engineered windows, with good noise attenuation alongside the thermal benefits.

Do not work with Eximia glazing. They wash their hands of dealing with your windows once you’ve paid upfront for them, at over £20k one expects communication snd customer service. Our were delivered damaged and they blamed the haulier. Their recommended fitter Paul, did a terrible job and blamed the builder. One year on and we’ve been deserted with a huge problem to deal with. They blocked me on Instagram m, the only way they seem to be reachable. Avoid eximia at all costs. Dealing with them / or trying to, ruined a year of our lives. Still ongoing trying to get the doors working. Reviews weren’t available when we found them. They are shocking people.Regarding the response below: Eximia recommended Paul the installer to us. The technician they sent to check the doors was after a long battle with Eximia to fix the doors which wouldn't open properly. A new gasket was fitted as it was broken during installation. The handles are still not working or the plackets applied to the exterior of the building, this second fix was promised to be done by Paul, the recommended installer. Eximia refuse all my husband's phone calls, and even though we paid our architect to witness the meeting with Paul when he promised to return to do the second fix, they've been absolutely NO HELP in guiding us to get the doors resolved. They contacted me on Instagram to ask me to remove this review, rather than phone me, or email me to help me get the doors working.

A great company. Andrew in particular was super helpful and accommodating - especially when we made some late changes to our spec and sorting any issues that arose. Very pleased with the end result.

We run a small construction business and Eximia have supplied windows and doors on our projects. Never have we come across a glazing company so helpful and efficient. Emelia, Nigel and Jamie go above and beyond, providing their expertise and guidance to help clients make an informed decision about their products. Following problems with the windows in our two Je-Trae doors, originally purchased from a now defunct company, we happened to notice via websearch that Eximia had taken over sales of these doors in the UK. So we contacted Nigel Higson at Eximia on the off-chance that he could provide some advice on how best we could get the problem rectified. Although obviously under no obligation to do so, Nigel took up our cause and negotiated with the Danish manufacturer of the doors to try to convince them to replace the faulty windows. After some time they eventually agreed to do so, and we now have a pair of excellent quality Je-Trae doors.Many thanks are due to Nigel for his efforts in achieving this highly satisfactory outcome.

Great company...great service...incredibly competitive prices...on time...delivered as promised and once full installation was complete...stunning!!Nigel kept us in the loop...went above and beyond every other manufacturer giving us great advice on the pro's and cons of each system.We settled on German quality and got a great product.Once installed fully it looked every bit as good as we hoped it would.Thanks Nige!
