Shocking! Not even a call back when I chased and chased for the quote. Left with a hole in my house for 6 weeks, over Christmas and 2 cold snaps. Finally fobbed off about not having my telephone number down right. Thank goodness for Westcoast Glass....far better company to use, their quote better too!

Window care did an excellent job on our conservatory, Insulated with new tilesThe inside was boxed in with plasterboard and plastered, a really fantastic job and it has improved our quality of life no more rain beating down. I can't praise the workman enough professional Polite and worked really hard, the price was much cheaper than all the other quotes. I would not hesitate to recommend window care.

We needed worn out mechanisms replacing on two sets of patio doors. Excellent service and came out to quote promptly when they said they would and got us booked in for the work to be done within a reasonable timescale. Polite and professional workers who got the job done with a smile.

Rang to get a quote for some work. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Stated she would pass on the details to the building debt and they would be in touch.Still waiting a week later!Must have a lot of work but a return call would be courteous.

Had windows replaced and new back door, can not rate highly enough. Everything as planned, small issue with a window which is being dealt with without any drama. The installation team have been particularly helpful throughout, real credit tot he company.

We had a bungalow that needed a total restoration and had no hesitation in using Carl and his team as we had used them previously on a number of projects. On this occasion they took the inside back to brick and was totally refurbished with a kitchen extension and a new bedroom upstairs. The finish to all the rooms was excellent and we are really pleased. Would recommend for any building work be it small or a total restoration as with ours.
