After my BMW warrantee ran out, I started using the Veaters team some 6 years ago recommended by a very contented neighbour who is a long term customer . What a breath of fresh air! Helpful, competent, & universally polite & cheerful (whatever the weather) As opposed to a ghastly journey to a deluxe Bristol BMW service centre, Veaters are a mile away- no amount of premium coffee & over-luxurious reception centre can compare with the efficiency & friendliness of the Veaters team. Good, ‘old fashioned’ (sadly....) customer service at a price which makes BMW centres look like a bunch of money lenders on a binge! Thank you for helping out with the latest emergency . Absolutely robbing, charged a vulnerable friend over £50 for an MOT plus another £50 for labour. Followed by another £150 plus for what amounts to about an hours labour, plus over £300 for parts that can be easily purchased new, for far less. Any other establishment would have been £300 tops for that work and MOT, not well over £500!

First Class mechanics, been taking my cars there for the last 8 years and won't go anywhere else now. Pricewise they are fair, trustworthy and don't overcharge for parts. Well done chaps

Never used this place.. bought a car and needed the service history and work that was all done at this place... Andy was a gent and sent it through (most places would've just said Jog on)
