Ordered some balloons well in advance of my son’s 10th balloon. Being a new customer I was anxious that my order wouldn’t get forgotten about it or be as I expected - well I needn’t have worried! The balloons arrived on his day & were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend Party Save Smile & will be using this company again for future occasions. Many thanks!

Awful company. The ready-inflated helium balloons I ordered, at great expense, arrived only semi-inflated. Sad and saggy and not remotely celebratory.I contacted the company to ask for a refund, which they refused. I asked again, and was met with a rude response, telling me that photos had to be taken of the product still inside the packaging (rather difficult with helium balloons!) and querying why I had opened the box the day after delivery (a) most people probably order the product to be delivered a day in advance of an event to ensure it’s there in time and b) why is that relevant? I opened it one day after the delivery. For over £25 for 3 balloons, you’d expect them to still be fully inflated!).Luckily PayPal is reasonable and has refunded me.But my advice: steer clear of these charlatans. When I had a similar issue with balloons from competitor party delights, they not only supplied new balloons but refunded me immediately. I will stick to using them in future.

Specifically paid substantial extra delivery fee for the balloons to be delivered on child recipient's birthday but they were only delivered the next day. Party Save Smile did however refund the delivery fee with an apology, which was appreciated.

Everything was perfect. I ordered balloons on Wednesday, for delivery on Friday, to a hotel. Courier was DPD. They arrived on time and were gorgeous! I will say I was worried when I saw all the negative reviews but I'm glad I took the chance on Party Save Smile and am 100% satisfied! 3 balloons + next day deliver for £30 can't beat that value.

Awful experience. I ordered a balloon and paid for next day delivery. There is also an option to put the event date which I had been playing around with but thought paying the extra for 1 day delivery would override this. It arrived 4 days later and when I messaged the company (also saying that my family are going through an awful time) they said it was in time for the ‘event’ with no acknowledgment of our circumstances. If you can find a nicer and less underhand company, I would go with them rather than Party Save Smile (Hell Spend Frown)

Arrived in a flimsy brown cardboard box.The last company we used had a nice looking box within the delivery box. How can you give this to someone. Last time I will be using. Don't reply to emails for 48 hours and nobody to take a call when you call them
