Tried to cancel order and have been given the runaround for weeks. No item even though they said it had already been dispatched! Now they’re saying PayPal are holding up the refund but PP are saying no refund was even attempted by the vender. Poor communication with customers.

Fantastic customer service!I ordered a pedal from them and it had an issue, not Strings Direct's fault at all.Lee sorted out the issue immediately for me with no questions asked, as some other companies do! He was happy to help! This company offers outstanding service!I reached out on a Saturday evening with a question about strings and got a thorough reply the next day, on Sunday morning!Then I ordered some strings and they were shipped less than 20 minutes after my order.They have a great selection of guitar strings (as well as few other things for guitars) and I'll gladly shop here again.

I've used Strings Direct many times over the years, and used to frequent the store in person however I haven't actually been there in several years now.The range of components and parts they stock are great, and the staff always seemed helpful too.In recent years I have used them for online ordering and never had a problem. The prices are fair and the goods always delivered on time.Would always recommend Strings Direct :)

I have bought guitar strings from this outlet before so when I took a notion of restringing my ukelele using a low G string I had no hesitation in going straight back to them, such is their service.Initially I made a phone call to seek advice on the correct set to buy, however the line was engaged.To my surprise they phoned me right back when they were next available. After a short discussion I was directed to the most suitable set of strings which I ordered from the website. The goods were delivered to my door the next day, and I live in Northern Ireland. I couldn't ask for more. Great service from a great shop. Thank you.

Been ordering from these guys for years cause they’re the best but had to share a recent experience - ordered some new strings to try out and had an issue with them. Emailed the team and they not only replaced them immediately, they called me and spent 9 minutes getting to know my playing style just so they could help recommend different options. Who even does that these days. Superb customer service and so knowledgeable.
