Well it's just opened if you get there early morning it's only a small place so if the is a delivery you can't use the drive through. Rubbish in car park from inconsiderate people who can't use the bins. Just easier to throw it on the floor by their car.

This place has gone down with food quality and overall service. I asked them to make me a wrap without a bacon. I placed an order through McDonald’s App, I went through drive thru someone took my code over the headset all fine.. I got to cashier point, they couldn’t find my order… they still asked me to go through to collection point… over there they wouldn’t serve me as they cannot find my order… I was asked to go back through in drive thru… I refused as I was in the queue in drive thru over 6-7 minutes already… manager came, I gave the code and after about 12-15mins they served me my food.I asked for no bacon in my wrap but there was bacon in it. I took pictures as I already left McDonald’s towards my work so I couldn’t go back. Binned the food.I rang, I sent email at store with pictures, someone called Aman rang me and said sorry given me some code for two free meals… next day I went there in store to use the code.They won’t recognise the code. The lady I spoke with Aman she was there, I even asked her name while I was on the phone with her… but she said she had a day off so she wouldn’t know anything about this… I showed her the email and all the images again, told her what conversation I had over the phone… then she served me straight away without saying a word… what a lie.When they served me with that code… they gave burnt buns( both of them) 5 nuggets out 6, cold hot chocolate.. nightmare… going up and down 3-4 times to for replacement.All the times the store manager said sorry. Really bad food services..A minute over 90mins in car park… you will get ticket at home. Be aware.Two floor restaurantsDrive thruCar parkingMorrison store and petrol station right close to it. Odeon Cinema and Nando’s along other entertainment and food place around to it.Veg Wrap of day available on Friday.

Closest one to my place. Nearby Morrisons and Fuel Station. Drive Thru available.Breakfast timings - Usually crowded.Long wait queues.Food - OKOperates - 24/7Services - Needs improvement.Ambience - GoodParking - Could find few spots if available.

No salt on chips, did not get my dips, no napkins. The big mac had all the sauce on one side and the lettuce was more in the box.I be go back to using foss park drive throw.

Nice new McDonalds restaurant however not a great experience. First this new site has 1 till. This means any problems being sorted at the till just means anybodyvpaying cash ends up waiting and vice versa. Lots of self serve terminals which is great if you are paying by card. The second issue with this restaurant is that up stairs they have installed games for kids to play on their visit which is a nice feature however some of the games require children to repeatedly slap the table which is very annoying after 20 minutes. It's not all bad though. Nice restaurant in a good location. An error was made with my food and it was sorted out quickly and the staff are really nice. Visit, just don't sit upstairs.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at McDonald's. The staff seemed uninterested when I asked about the Quantity of Coffee and even rude when I asked them to make changes to my meal. One employee even rolled their eyes when I requested ketchup packets. Once I received my order, it was incorrect, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to fix it. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the McDonald's staff. Not all the staffs are the same. I won't be returning to this location.

Once again food missing from the order. You have to be doing it on purpose. This McDonald had never got an order right. You are all the most useless knob heads in the industry

All the time they forget something when I order home.Today I gave another chance after I said no more orders from Almond Road Mac but failed again:(forget bacon in cheese bacon flatbread

Worst McDonalds I've ever visited. Half of the restaurant was closed, including the toilets with no sign outside to say this. All of the self-service machines except one were faulty so it took about 10 minutes trying every machine just to order. Waited about 30 minutes for 3 portions of fries and a burger at 2am. Saw all the staff just chatting amongst themselves and no one really seemed to care about the fact I was waiting for my order.Finally get my order, and I kid you not they forgot to put salt on the fries. How on earth can anyone mess FRIES up, they have like 3 ingredients and they managed to forget one?! At this point I'd already left since I wasn't allowed to sit in, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was on purpose since they knew you'd be long gone. I also asked for ketchup as we were forced to take out, and was given one measly pot between 2 people.Honestly an appalling experience all around; I can't think of one positive point. Avoid wasting your money and go to a different McDonalds. Literally any other one is better than this place.
