I have just had a full body massage with Svetlana and it was the best massage I have ever had. Firm and I feel great. Hightly recommend

Svetlana is so quick and careful, her experience really shows and sugaring gives a great result. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Ten times better than the last salon I visited, I won't go anywhere else ever again!

Booked for a last lift and tint, had to have a patch test done beforehand so booked that and arrived. When I got in t was pretty quiet. I was abruptly told to “sit down” on the sofa. She eventually came back and barked “hair!” at me. I didn’t know what she meant and she barked it again. Eventually she aggressive swabbed onto my neck and then said “no reaction then you can come back” and walked away.I went home and immediately cancelled my further appointment. The customer service is appalling and noway would I let her near my lashes. They need some serious training!!

Commenting so people are aware that POC customers have experienced racist comments while receiving treatments here, on top of not being listened to. Just wanted other people to know!

This was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. Not only was in way more painful than any of my previous waxes, even when applying the wax, but she was also incredibly rude. I was left bleeding and with very bad bruising. I have experienced a bit of bleeding with previous waxes but never bruises! She also left lots of residual wax so the walk home was very uncomfortable. Plus, I asked for a triangle and what I was given was an incredibly wonky square. Lots of hair still left over. Over all I would absolutely not recommend this salon despite the low prices.

Just thought I would write this post because I genuinely cannot believe the experience I just had here. I have naturally very curly hair and was booked in for a wash and cut, I brushed my hair before going in (anyone with curly hair knows this makes it look really thick and straw like). The hair dresser said my hair was disgusting, handed me a hair brush and literally shook her head. I ended up walking out in tears and she just laughed and said I was pathetic and that I needed to learn how to brush my hair. If you have naturally curly/frizzy/unconventional hair DO NOT get your hair cut there. I am literally in tears and I’ve been to many hair dressers before who find my hair challenging but I’ve never been made to cry.Anastasiia the lady who was supposed to do my hair was possibly the rudest and unkind person I have ever met. She should not be working in any customer facing role.

Best sugar waxing experience! Svetlana was great and really helped ease my nerves. Hollywood wax done in less than 15 minutes because she was so gentle but quick.

Came here for sugaring, and the lady used strips? I did ask if this was sugaring and she said yes but I’ve never had sugaring done with strips before.I arrived early but the room was free so we went ahead. I had unfortunately booked in for the incorrect ‘shape’ but when i asked if i could pay more for the shape i wanted, she said no, even though i was early and my appointment was over in 15 mins. The appointment ended 5 minutes after it was meant to start, so there was definitely time.At the end, she asked if i wanted the remaining hair trimmed which i agreed to, but she left trimmed hair all over my legs.Overall not a terrible experience but i wouldn’t come back

Been to Svetlana for a lash lift twice now and she is the best in Bristol. Calm, quiet, relaxing experience, and wonderful results. Definitely my go-to now.

Absolutely love my hair! Anastasia did a fantastic job and cut it exactly as I asked! Professional and friendly service I will definitely be back! This is now my new hair salon to get my hair done all the time And may even get my nails done to! Thank you so happy with my hair.
