HG Blinds & Shutters

We are delighted with our shutters that were fitted this week. We have previously used a different company for all blinds and shutters but after meeting Brian we decided to get a quote from HG and we are so pleased we did. The person who came to measure up was so friendly and knowledgeable that we decided to take place an order. The customer service from start to finish has been fantastic and we will definitely be ordering from them again.

Thinking of getting blinds/shutters etc I suggest getting them from HG Blinds we did.from the first phone call,having siobon call here measuring up ordering Amanda in the office and Ken fitting them at every stage it was very clear that customers are treated with kindness and that’s clearly reflected as policy of HG the quality of their products far exceeds others that we looked at prior to being fortunate finding HG Blinds and at completion of fitting i called Amanda in the office because both myself and the wife are over 80 and preferred a different type of chain to open/close them they immediately sent Ken to ours to fit a different type of chain to adapt them,all the above shows that not only do they sell the best they also have the best customer experience team that as someone who is over 80 has ever had from any company our deepest thanks to all at HG Blinds

I would highly recommend HG Blinds. I've had all my windows done, 4 bow windows, bedroom window and kitchen. Also 2 roller bli ds fitted on the doors. Very happy with the fitting. Love the Blinds. Friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.

This company was highly recommended by a friend.The measuring up wasn't done properly which meant I couldn't have the blinds I wanted.I only found out on the day of the fitting so as a compromise I now have 2 blinds that don't work and are only for show. I did get some money off as expected but it's not ideal.Also all the cords were on the wrong side when fitted.No reassurance from customer service and appointments made where the fitter showed up minus blinds.Not too impressed.

HG have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their advice early on was invaluable, they kept us up to date regularly with our order, the shutters have been expertly fitted and they look great. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used HG Blinds for my house and garden studio. They have been great to deal with from first contact, measuring and ordering through to installation. The fitter was very professional and the blinds are good quality and look fantastic! Definitely worth a 5 star review!

A really good product professionaly fitted with care.As they say in the delivery messages, there may be a later arrival for fitting than stated if there are any issues with earlier deliveries or traffic problems. The office staff are always more than helpful when keeping you updated.

I’m so happy about the service I received from this company. Reasonable price and excellent service. Jack and Shawn came to install today and they did an excellent job! Very professional indeed :)

I have used HG Blinds & Shutters in a previous house and was impressed so I was really looking forward to using them again in our new house. Unfortunately the service was very disappointing. Our blind was measured wrong, but the fitter had already removed our existing blind and as the new one was too small we were left with no blind for 4 nights in summer light. I was reasonable at the time as I understand things like this happen. However it was the service after which was disappointing as I just expected more of an acknowledgment of their mistake. Upon highlighting the issue and suggesting a gesture of good will for the inconvenience there was no apology for the incident, no gesture of good will, and just generally rude email exchanges. It was disappointing as prior to this I had recommended HG Blinds to other friends, and now I will be warning them off.
