Incredible service from Trust & Co!I was let down by another jeweller 72hrs before me and my girlfriend (now fiancé!) were due to go on holiday, where I would be asking her to marry me. I was completely gutted and at the last minute I was doing everything I could to see what rings were in stock at every place I could find. I was beginning to lose hope.I spoke to Lucas at Trust & Co, he reassured me he would do everything he could to help and within an hour of talking over the phone, he’d arranged for a ring to be handmade to my exact specification and for the exact diamond I wanted to be sent to their store in Chester. 24hrs later I picked it up and everything has been perfect since.Our engagement was onlypossible thanks to the amazing team at Trust & Co, don’t make the same mistake I did by looking anywhere else. All I can say is a huge thanks to Lucas and the team!

I bought a ring many years ago from this company in Turkey. I have just recently sent it to them in Chester to replace a small stone. They replaced it and said to accept it as a complementary repair. How good is that? Lovely company to deal with.

Trust & Co. adjusted my engagement ring earlier this year. The service was second to none. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made my puppy feel welcome by giving her lots of cuddles whilst we were there! They did a wonderful job, being particularly careful considering it is fairly old family ring. They made sure that the ring was perfect for me, having to alter multiple times until I was most comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will most definitely be visiting back in future!

Wow, wow, wow! You must go here for your jewellery! I have been to many jewellers in my time but this one is second to none! It's a family run business with the personal touch. Metin and his wife can't do enough for you and go over and above when it comes to customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and the jewellery, well, stunning!I have purchased 2 beautiful items from here and will never go anywhere else now and believe me, I love a jewellery shop! They will do anything to get your perfect piece and are so knowledgeable and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would! I went into this store with a tight deadline to purchase an engagement ring before a holiday and without much of an idea of what I wanted (or rather what I thought my partner would like!), and no idea about sizes.Selina and the team were fantastic in helping me get the perfect ring, in time, and discretely to keep the surprise. The ring didn't quite fit so we have been back and had it re-sized free of charge and everybody was again so welcoming and helpful.A fantastic customer experience.
