Had the pleasure of buying a bungalow through reeds rains Bury recently (June 21) What an absolute pleasure very professional, honest, happy to help with any questions/queries. No hard sell or sales rubbish factual ( which l like). Took the stress out of bungalow buying unlike our experience with another local estate agent!! Very highly recommended you certainly would be disappointed

Pleasant enough staff however lacked on the basics, kept calling me by different names - total basics, didn't know i had put in and had an offer accepted - i had to call and chase this and was first told ill call you back" to then "ah yes its here on a sticky note". I would also advise to get everything in writing
