They make sure every one Understands the reason for guidelines.As far as I am concerned, No one looks down on anyone. You arel allowed to get on with your job.Very friendly people. I have worked there doing cleaning northern line trains and I enjoyed apart unpleasant incident between mate workers and me. Trains coming with graffiti which need to be removed and general dust and dirt I washed out with the jet-wash.The properties and equipment need more health and safety improvement. However the job of engineers is great and very thankful that's why Transport for London have a great growing business.

Thank you so much to the security staff who were on duty at the depot the night of Sunday 8th December at around 1am. My husband had left his phone on a Tube train, and we traced it to the depot. He drove to the depot and was desperate to retrieve it. The staff were kind enough to search the trains for him and found it! I’m leaving this review in the hope that your managers will see it. Your efforts were much appreciated!
