Vicky is a bully who targets vulnerable people. Don't complain to her if you rent a house as she will assassinate your character with malice and lies. She appears to lack knowledge of her industry and ignores repeated requests from long standing tenants. never reachable by phone but always by email. several complaints ignored regarding a boiler continuously breaking down, and apparently outdated windows that won't close properly have a high efficiency rating? Bunch of jokers avoid if you don't want any trouble. certainly not main stream letting agents more hobbyist then anything.

I have the misfortune to be sharing acess with a property 'managed' by Pure Lettings of Okehampton Despite it being a no-cats lease, Pure Lettingsrented this shared access property out to cat owners ( because there is no garden ,hence, territory'), their cat continues to invade my garden and cause damage to both boundary fence/gates and my cat . I have had to try to rectify the damage and it seems that Pure Lettings are incapable of managing a property which was a no-cats lease.Money for old rope,Susan Hall
