Ran in today quickly to grab a drink and a breakfast roll for takeaway. Was really disappointed to find out when I got back that my drink had been made with cow’s milk (I’m lactose intolerant) and my syrup hadn’t been added in. Wasn’t able to go back and get a new drink as I had work straight after.

I’m sorry to say that but most of the time you order there is always something wrong. Very very bad staff, it seems they are constantly asleep!!I also ordered to take away and twice I received a different item.Is not normal ending up with issues even when you have just 3 people in the queue.Honestly as a customer I always try to be patient cause I’ve done the same job when younger, but it’s very hard!!Very bad service

Yesterday, I had a great cool lime drink with strawberry sauce which was recommended to me by the person serving, Ellie I think her name was! Was made quickly, tasted great and served with a smile. Love the atmosphere at this Starbies, always able find a clean table with a close by plug so I can get o. with some work :-)

Went today, dirty tables and chairs all over the place but hardly anyone in there. People working there were standing in the back chatting and I had to wait to be served. When I left I saw them out the back smoking….clearly gone down hill recently as was better before

Ugly place with rude personnel.Avoid.Firstly they lost the point.Company is for customers, not other way round. I'm not coming to the coffee shop, for the coffee shop to get money off me.I'm coming to spend time over cup of coffee and in return I'll pay something to the business.Those guys lost the point completely.They don't accept cash payments. And that's bad!!Situation went like this:I've ordered a coffee and food for 4 of us, when it came to payment, person behind the counter went like:We can't accept cash payments

We had hot chocolate, iced peach tea and caramel iced machiato. All very nice and served quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a fan of coffee shops, but this place is always friendly, always clean and they accept dogs in leads too. Given the recent issues in Kingsthorpe this place is a nice change.
