Went in today with my partner as he wanted to get a bracelet engraved with his name and his brothers name (who sadly passed away a couple of years back). the manager and my partner were having just normal friendly chit chat which turned into a bit of a heart to heart on both behalf’s about the names etc and as my partner went to pay the manager would not accept payment as he wanted to make my partner smile through a tough time. I cannot thank him enough. He really has made my partners day and has showed us that kind people really do exist. I cannot recommend Timpsons enough.thank you so so much!
