I have worked for M and D for over 5 years, having never worked in this sector before. I have been fortunate to work my way up and I am now a manager on one of the homes.I have always been supported and guided through my journey and love what I do.M and D have come a long way since I first started and I feel privileged to have been a part of that change and development.

Loads of rubbish reviews on here. Steffan whos the director and his mate cassian, of course they will give it 5 stars.Worst company I have ever worked for. No support or communication within company. If you invite a friend to here you are definitely not a friend. Noticed they only answer the people with positive comments. When there was an incident they turned their backs on their workers. They caused a senior support worker to have depression and stress . They offered her no support. None of them even turned up to her her funeral when she took her own life. Even though she done over 5 years of service

EVERYONE, I GOT ASKED TO COME FOR AN INDUCTION ON A CERTAIN DATE, I TURNED UP BY TAXI AND TRAIN AND AS I GOT THERE THEY SAID I HAVE NOT GOT AN INDUCTION TODAY, THERE WAS A MIX UP" THEY SAID I HAD THE JOB PRIOR

Have you noticed that the only people give them 5 star are the managers of the company? They make you go to an induction for over 5hrs but don't pay you. The induction arrangements were a joke. Poorly run. Avoid working for these ********

An outstanding company that does its best for both the people they support and the staff. I would definitely recommend using this service if needed and I would definitely advise applying for a support role with this company if you’re looking for a support role in residential or domiciliary care.

Hi I'm just posting this as I had a great interview with this company, as soon as I walked into the building I was greeted by friendly helpful staff and my interviewers where also very friendly and made u feel at ease.I was offered a position with this company but unfortunately I had to turn it down as I was offered a position elsewhere more suitable for me.

Have been involved with M&D Care LTD since 2007 and have seen the company grow from strength to strength, providing care to individuals within the community. It’s great to see the company expanding and providing so many fantastic career opportunities.

I really miss working here. The best working experience of my life. Always felt supported and respected. I’d still be there if I hadn’t moved to England
