Rebecca dealt with my query promptly and very professionally! I required an urgent part for a sink for my business & it was sent out with next day delivery. This meant I was able to minimise downtime on the sink and was able to arrange a repair urgently. Top service, as always. Highly recommended if you’re after high quality products and excellent customer services!

Delivery was delayed and fridge was damaged on arrival. Not a great experience so far!

Do not recommend this company. Items received was damaged , and it could not have been damaged in transit, it can only be damaged at warehouse or factory in China.Basically you have to physically check and open the pallet in front of the courier at point of delivery before signing anything.This company has zero after sale service and will deny any claims whatsoever.See my photos for packaging and see what I got inside, garbage.Shall be writing to Trading Standard and CBA and lodge my experiences with this company and hopefully when there are enough cases, they will start a full investigation.Do not recommend anyone risking their money or hassle with this company.(UPDATES on 28th June 2023I HAVE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 23/6/2023 WHICH THIS COMPANY IS CLAIMING THEY HAVENT RECEIVED. First time ordering from empire supplies everything went smoothly from ordering to next day delivery they rang me an hour before to let me no they was on there great service thanks again definitely will deal with again

Great company. Rebecca was super helpful and communicative. I had made a mistake with my order but she got everything sorted straight away before I'd even realized, and my delivery was with me less than 36 hours after I'd placed the order!

Spoke with Rebecca, great customer service and advised of the product was explained. Received delivery within 2 days. Down fall was the delivery man reluctant to put the item inside the shop, but eventually gave little help and managed to put the product inside.

Don't order from them if u don't know exactly what are you buying. I order a gas griddle online without knowing the weight as it is not specified in the item description and on delivery the guy couldn't even get it off the truck. 70kg was. I didn't expect that. Impossible to handle. Requested a return and they want minimum 25% of the value.Ridiculous. Avoid, avoid

Really helpful customer service when checking if next day delivery could happen - yes it could!Item ordered Tuesday and delivered late morning on Wednesday. Driver super-helpful and friendly (even with market day happening!) - fridge delivered with no problems at all. Thanks to all at Empire Supplies for taking the stress out of everything, and for having a bar fridge that was affordable for us as a charity arts centre.

After doing a lot of research to find a double back bar cooler I had seen lots of negative feedback about other companies, but the feedback of Empire Supplies was really good so I ordered from them and I wasn’t disappointed. Placed the order and it arrived 2 days later and I am so pleased with it
