The staff here were really helpful when I purchased my car. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything on the spot and informed me I could put down a refundable holding deposit if I wanted time to decide. I also traded my current car in when buying my new Fiat 500L and the whole process was really easy. There were a few things with the new car that I wasn't happy about and the guys at the garage worked all week to get those rectified. I've only had the car a few days and its perfect so far. Came back to car world after they did such a good job with finding a good car. Am a homecarer and do lots of miles so was good to be sure the car was safe. Second time round they have again been amazing not only to buy a car from but helping me find the right one and making sure it was up to scratch. Lovely friendly staff that are always helpful! On Saturday I came to have a look for my new car. I have been to numerous garages before but had no luck but Car World defiantly changed that they had a wide range of cars with varied makes, prices and ages. Great for people who aren’t savvy when it comes to what you want (like me). Also a lot of options for first cars as well as larger cars. After a short while I found a car that really took my eye. It was good quality, with low mileage and a very reasonable price. We were met by a lovely guy in a blue top (didn’t manage to grab his name) he talked us through it and was very helpful.We explained we needed to show my dad before committing he assured us he would not sell it and he looked forward to seeing us tomorrow.We came back today, where we were met by a lovely gentlemen called Steve. No pressure or pestering but always around if needed. He was so helpful and informative. The process was easy and non stressful. He explained that the car could be valeted inside and out free of charge however because I was set on taking it today and the car was already in amazing quality I assured them that was no issue and I was happy with it how it was, nevertheless the staff were more than happy to give the car a quick once over. While I went through paperwork (which obviously they didn’t need to but really meant a lot for them to go above and beyond for me).Could not recommend the staff and the service anymore.

Fantastic and prompt service. Very polite,no hard sell. Car was ready for me to view on arrival and i was shown 6 other vehicles to suit my needs. Big selection of cars (nearly 200) spoilt for choice. Jay was very patient indeed and very knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough. My chosen car was serviced,valleted and ready for me to pick up next day. Steve very kindly helped with the paperwork and even sorted out my car tax for me before driving away. I will definitely use Car World Slough again. Thanks boys for being so patient and helpful.

Recently bought my daughter's first car from Carworld. Great experience all round. Steve was fantastic and very patient. All the guys are extremely helpful. Car was immaculate when we collected it with everything done to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Great first car buying experience and professional service.Came in to see a 308 I was very keen on, and they had the car ready for a test drive on my arrival. The car was as advertised, everything checked out as per the ad. Upon deciding to buy it, was given the option to have the car delivered to my door which was amazing and it also came with a 3 months warranty.I strongly recommend this car dealership and it's great staff.

The team at car world were really lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Was very nervous purchasing a car at first but everything was explained to me properly and they took their time servicing the car to make sure it was delivered in a good condition.Would definitely recommend purchasing from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Saw a Corsa on Autotrader, after weeks of 'it'll be in tomorrow' finally viewed it. In hindsight all smoke and mirrors, raining, dark. Told just passed MOT, reg plate slightly damaged but NO OTHER ISSUES. Engine light comes on 12 days later and goes into limp mode on a scary bend. Take it to garage for inspection, just a few finds: scrap bonnet, thermostat housing leaking coolant, rear bumper brackets broken, headlight broken, throttle sensor low. They accused me of causing all the damage. After months of ignoring letters sent demanding a full refund, finally it was obtained when threatened with court. These guys are putting people at serious risk, how they are still running baffles me. Looks like a lot of people have had an identical experience to mine. Never received my v5c. Complete waste of time, money and energy.
