Gave them my car for a head gasget... the fitted it wrong and it chew up my engine... car sat outside for about 6 months with no work been done on it... also broke 2 windscreens fitting engine

Disorganised, forgot my car was there on first visit, completed one job eventually but forgot to do another job, a job they had identified. Had to return car to garage due to steering problem caused by their failure to tighten a nut properly.
