Very very bad experienceFor 64 days I am waiting for your approval . Hope you remember I asked about the service of brake discs and pads when we received the car as it looked worn out. Then you advise me that all service has been done including the Brake disc and if you have any problem with this you can contact me. It's only three months since I received this Vehicle and it has the same problem which I showed you. As per your instruction, I visited one of the service center near me and they emailed you regarding this 64 udays ago. I can't drive my car comfortably because of the brake problem. Please take action asap. Hope you understand my situation and Kindly do the needful.Looking forward to hear from you.MT19HSL

Pragmatic, reasonable and keep their word.Ive bought 24 cars in the last 3 years and this was one of the most pragmatic dealers I have dealt with to date.Ela and Conor were excellent.I saw the advert for the car in the morning and was driving home in it by 6pm.Ela and Conor spoke to me at 9.Sent me a detailed video, answering all of my many questions by 10.Agreed a sale by 2.Prepped the car - washed it, changed some tyres, got the keys ready and all the paperwork by 4.Stayed later for my wife and I while we travelled up.Confirmed payment, taxed and released the car to us by 6:30.They were very busy during all of this, even juggling other things, when we turned up.Ela was very straight forward to deal with, no nonsense or sales tactics. We were buying a used car and it had a few cosmetic issues. They didn’t have ample time to prep the car as it had just come in.Ella agreed to solve them straight away. Shes offered the option to bring the car back and give us a courtesy car while she gets them sorted at a future date. This allowed us to drive home there and then.Im genuinely impressed at her drive to actively find solutions.That dealership is lucky to have them both. More than anything they kept their word and were quite reasonable.Conor even stayed later, sacrificing time with his family to take us through the controls. I really appreciated this.Best of all my very pregnant wife was happy and left smiling and excited about her new car! A challenging task indeed.Looking at there overall stock, there were decent cars throughout. It is evident that the team carefully select what they sell.If I ever buy a dealership, I want the both of them.I wish them both all the best.Thank you guys!

Successful visit. Finally, how a dealership should be. Its like a New Dealership Now! I have been using Skoda Bedford for mainly servicing for a couple of years now. Initially it was terrible and I had all sorts of issues and repeat visits, however with an all new team, the dealership has made leaps and bounds in terms of improvements.Special thanks to:Queen of the Service Department: Milly!Absolute legend of a Service Person. She methodically makes sure that I am satisfied with the service and everything required from her. From work required, to walkaround video - she misses NOTHING. She even personally has washed the car when there is no valeter! Milly has been running the department all by herself until recently, I hope the new starter can start to take some weight off your shoulders! I’ve used Barons BMW & Vindis Audi before and they have a lot to learn from Milly on how to run a service department.Also, Thank you to Paul (Service Manager) as well, making sure both our Skoda Superbs are always taken care of.New Service Starter:Didn’t get her name but its only her second day and she made me feel comfortable by engaging in conversation, whilst I waited for my car. Conor was fantastic when purchasing my new car. Having driven a Citroen C1 for 10 years (the only car I owned since I passed my test!), I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for in my next car. Conor took the time to get to know me and understand what I wanted from a vehicle first, before making any suggestions. He was always conscious of my budget too, never suggesting anything out of my realm in a bid to blindly upsell.Quite honestly, having visited 3 other garages that day - who were all doing the opposite, trying to sell me the most expensive new car and not listening to my requirements - I was losing hope of a new car and did not expect to make a purchase that same afternoon, but Conor absolutely made the experience pleasant, smooth and with a real personal touch.Thank you Conor - and a shoutout to Ela too. Great team, great service, and I’m sure this will continue over the following years with them!

Both my mum and I have bought a car from Conor this week. We have both had a fantastic experience, kept updated every step of the way and couldn’t have asked for more. Fabulous experience with both the branch and Conor.

I never went into the branch itself, however I spoke with multiple people on the phone and didn’t have a negative experience with any of them. They brought the car to me and took my old one away with no hassle and very little paperwork. I have had experience with 3 different Skoda Garages and this is the best one. I felt valued as a customer and could ask lots of questions without judgement.
