BEDS DO NOT LAST!!!I bought a bed from here two years ago and here we are two years later with the head board falling apart from the main bolt due to the wooden bolts loosening. I contacted them via email and Instagram with pictures and video requesting new bolts. Once they finally got back to me, it took co start chasing to get the bolts delivered, (about a month after I originally requested) they sent the wrong bolts. I contacted them to request the correct ones and almost 6 weeks later I’m still waiting. I’ve msgd constantly on Instagram seeing as no one bothers to answer the phone or reply to emails but they’re more interested in posting on their story than satisfying existing customers. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Yes the beds look great when they arrive but its falling apart already. Don’t waste your money. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Disappointing.

I paid £1035 in early May for a bed that I was advised on the phone was available in 6 to 7 weeks as it was being built in the UK. By mid July the bed had not arrived and I called the company.After several calls over the following six weeks, multiple revised promises and excuses, various commitments from them to call back that never happened, I became really concerned and instructed them to cancel my order and requested a refund.They suggested shipping the bed with various parts missing that would follow at a later date. Needless to say I declined that ridiculous proposal.Having finally agreed to refund my money they insisted this would take thirty days. That time expired over two weeks ago. They are now not responding to my communications.Beware this business, read the reviews, I wish I had. There are multiple examples of people losing large sums, all prospective customers should avoid this company.

I do not know where to start. Maybe read the genuine 1 star reviews rather than reading all the 5 star fake ones.Before ordering this bed I did see quite a few negative reviews for this company based in Huddersfield that have been diluted numerous amounts of time. I thought hey its only half an hour away the pictures of the beds look awesome. Went to the showroom, selected the bed and fabric and agreed a price. I was told the bed would take around 4 weeks but expect delays and they would contact me once it was made.4 weeks later I messaged on insta and asked if it was ready, yes you guessed right it was not. I thought ok I shall give another 2 weeks, and yes you guessed right again bed not ready. I was given a different excuse everytime, fabric not arrived, its in production, we'll get the bed out to you end of this week. These were all lies and just a tactic to waste time and basically perform fruad on you. After 10 weeks of waiting I said I will be cancelling, luckily I paid by PayPal otherwise probably would have lost my money. Ordered a bed from a back street company according to them and guess what I got it in 2 days. I have opened a PayPal case so hopefully will be getting a refund. They said refund takes 7-21 days which is a joke as refund on paypal should take no longer than 3 days. They said to me oh you raised a case, your refund might just take longer. What a joke!The luxury bed company have rebranded as mr Chesterfield, looking to do fraud again so everyone please beware!!!If a company is based in ashbrow Mills then stay away and do not order.Customer service is atrocious, I have reported to trading standards probably hence the name change!I have been to the showroom and was shown no mercy, please do not order from these cow boys who are not making beds in the UK. I have been to the showroom a few times and I have never seen them make a bed. Everything is outsourced.Stay away!

They are a scam!!!! Found them online, made a payment for a bed. They claimed bed showed up at delivery address, but bed was not signed for or seen by anyone. They later sent photos of items wrapped at night on the street and claimed they left it in front of a building on the street because the building was closed, which makes no sense for a legitimate luxury bedding company. This is over a year ago. Emails back and forth about refund. Still nothing till this day. They have stopped responding to emails. The bed was about £700. They are thieves and a fraudulent company. Stay clear!!!!

Previously bought beds from these guys as I received outstanding service and can’t stress how good the quality is on their products.Took longer than usual because of Covid-19 which is perfectly understandable. I paid for the two man service but again this got cancelled due to the circumstances but I got my money refunded. So so happy with my Beds. I went to the showroom as I’m not far and they’re so friendly and it’s always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Shocked at the negative reviews, deffo not a scam as I’m a returning customer!The first time before I ordered I was worried, but I got in touch and visited the showroom. Their Instagram also reassured me as they reposted pictures from genuine accounts :)

Ordered our bed from this company and we were so worried as we wasn’t able to visit the showroom and see what we were purchasing.However, we need not have worried. My Wife rang up the showroom, David answered and after speaking to him and relaying our concerns he offered to take a video of all the beds we were looking at. After seeing them and ordering the samples we decided on the bed we wanted which was the Hamilton storage bed with wings and we are extremely happy with it. It is very well made, luxurious and is a good solid bed with plenty of storage. The detail on the headboard is so precise and looks perfect. We are so happy with it that we ordered a wall board for our Daughter’s room and will be ordering a bed in the new year for our Son.The customer service we have received from this company has been exceptional which is the reason we have returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolute scam, poor customer service. After visiting the showroom in person to check this was legit, I spent months chasing this bed, every week it was as if I was the logistics for the bed not them, constantly getting fobbed off with excuses. When the bed did finally arrive (this was outside the delivery slot) having waited in all day the bed was damaged, had a huge hole in the hard base frame going through to the ottoman space and pieces to assemble the bed were missing. There were also no instructions what so ever to assemble. I contacted directly through Instagram and they offered either a new bed or a partial refund. After the length of time I waited for the bed there was no way I wanted to receive a new bed so requested a refund. I am still yet to receive this refund and the company are not responding to my messages. AVOID!!

I have ordered a bed in excess of £500. I have spent the weekend from Friday to Sunday trying to contact this company to establish when my product is being delivered. I have paid in full up front and I’m now considering if this is a fraudulent transaction.. I have been provided 3 different delivery dates and none have come to fruition. I would not recommend this company in future to friends or family due to the appallingly service so far and complete incompetence of the company.This is not a malicious review, it is the true findings of the service that I have received up to date from this company.I will write another review at a later date...again of my up front and honest findings if anything further comes from the company.

We really like our bed and were usually able to get hold of the company. We visited the showroom and the woman was super kind.We were made aware from the start that there was a very long wait for our bed, but we had seen beds being hand made so we understood this and waited accordingly. The bed itself seems great quality

Ordered an ottoman bed and blanket box a few months ago and the product itself is good, however the customer service is appalling. From the very beginning we’ve had issues - when the bed was delivered it was also meant to be assembled (paid £60 extra for this) but the delivery men denied that this was part of their job and just left. It didn’t even come with assembly instructions. One of the bases was also damaged in transit. Had to wait 2 and a half weeks for them to come out and deliver a new one and assemble it for us.Secondly our blanket box wasn’t delivered with the bed and I had to chase them several times to get it delivered. Eventually (5 weeks later) they sent it out only for it to be the entirely wrong one so we had to send it back. Was fed up at this point so asked for a refund - this was almost 6 weeks ago and still no refund despite chasing them about it several times!!On top of all this there has barely been an attempt at apologising for the mistakes let alone rectifying them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company no matter the quality of the products. The hassle they’ve caused and their terrible service is 100% not worth it.
