iStore Strand - Apple Authorised Service Provider

No battery- total waste of time. Booked for iPhone battery replacement. Phone checked and validations run. Return 90 mins later, nothing done. Is this a SCAM?

Disappointed that I'd booked via the Apple website for a battery replacement for my iPhone... yet turned up to my appointment at the exact time slot (4 days after booking it) only to be told that they didn't have the battery available. A total wasted journey. They were apologetic enough but they really ought to have let me know in advance. I have now rebooked at the Apple Store itself.

Why have I been queuing up at various Apple shop Genius Bars when there are Geniuses here at this approved store on the Strand which is quiet, no queue, and very responsive nice staff!And they fixed my sticky space bar key in five mins with no charge. What’s not to like. I will go there to buy and repair my many Apple products from now on!

The lightning port on my iPhone 8 wasn’t working well for over a year. I brought it into the guys at the store and they fixed it really quickly. Great service!

Fantastic customer service. The guys are all very knowledgeable and understanding. I went in the shop last Friday 28th of July with a damaged iPhone. Rebecca greater me and after checking my appointment had a look at me phone. Quoted me with a price and booked the device in to be repaired she quoted that the turn around was a couple of hours as they were quite busy. I went to the Coffee shop and to my surprise I received an email stating that the phone is ready for collection about 45 minutes after I booked it in. Didn’t manage to finish my coffee :)There is more: after collecting my phone from Soroosh I enquired about my laptop and I was quite lucky that they had an available appointment as the person who booked it did not show up. not cool. But great for me. Soroosh was a delight to speak to. You know that you are speaking to a professional who understand exactly how this devices work.I came back here today to purchase a new laptop for work. Pablo was there to help me out and after asking me some questions about what I do he made a very logical recommendation.So I’m home now with my brand new laptop and a phone that looks brand new. Fantastic team. Thank you very much everyone.

I was served by Soroosh last week, he could not have been more patient. My phone had died and Soroosh ensured that I left the store with a fully functioning new phone. I really appreciated his calm and efficient manner.

Very pleased with the service. Pedro was polite, professional and sorted my iPhone issue fast. Very knowledgeable. He saw me earlier than my appointment was, which was very handy.

I bought an Apple Watch from here and have had a bad experience. From the start when I entered the shop there were 3 people behind the counter at the back (2 were attending customers) and no one came to assist me while I was waiting at the area with Apple Watches. I then went to the counter and asked the salesman that was free to help me with understanding the differences between the Apple Watches. He said to me (from behind the counter) ‘sorry you can’t try on Apple Watches because you might steal them’. (Rude!!!) I had to ask the salesman to actually move from behind the counter to come to the front of the shop with me to help me with the purchase of the Apple Watch. He seemed very reluctant to actually come out from behind the counter to help. This is the worst I have experienced where I actually had to convince a salesman to sell me something!!!I hope that in the future none of your potential customers are treated this way.In hindsight I should have just walked out and not bought the Apple Watch from there.
