Prestige Student Living Marketgait Apartments

As a student who has stayed here for three years now, I can say it has always been a great place to stay. All the spaces throughout the accommodation block have consistently been clean and to a great standard. Overall it’s been a great place to spend my three years at university, especially since it’s based right in the city centre with easy access to everything.

A great student accommodation. Have spent the past 2 years here and have really enjoyed my time there. It feels like home from home, which made the time in Dundee so much easier. Stuart and Kevin were absolutely fantastic. Having a friendly face to chat things through after a tough day/shift or having laugh and smile to greet you, has been a huge help. Couldn’t recommend a better accommodation.

Marketgait is great student accommodation especially if you are in your final years of uni. It is much quieter than other student accommodations which makes it much easier to concentrate. The rooms are all clean and modern. Stuart the building manager is a great guy and sorts stuff out. If I was to do uni again I would definitely stay at marketgait

A great student accommodation. Central to both campuses with good amenities nearby. A cosy place to stay with brilliant support from the property manager Stuart and a great maintenance worker Kevin. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants accommodation outside of the university. 10/10

The property is really nice under the management of manager Stuart. I will recommend this property to the students. Stuart is so kind and help me a lot. And also Kevin is really good at fixing the facility in the property. They can help us to collect the parcel for online shopping. Great experience stay in here!

I've been living in Marketgait Apartments for a year now and I must say that this accommodation sure feels like home! The value for money, the cleanliness, and the staff are amazing! This accommodation would also have a lot of events such as macaroni day and bagel giveaways making the entire place super homey. Shoutout to the manager Stuart if you see him, he sure makes the place feel like home.

My number one pick always for any student looking for a central accommodation to live. The management is friendly and welcoming and they have programs(Fridays breakfast)which come in clutch most times.The maintenance is also brilliant. I really enjoyed my stay here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.Thanks Stuart and Kevin.

Marketgait apartments is the best private student accommodation any one can have.It is exactly in the center, all the places are very close by from this apartment.Whether it is Dundee City Centre or University of Dundee, all the important and main locations are at a walking distance from Marketgait apartments.You have Lidl next to the accommodation, cross the road and you have Tesco as well.The famous Aura pub is behind the apartment.All the shopping malls are at a walking distance like 7-10 mins.The famous Mc.Manus museum is also just 5 mins walk from here.Overall this apartment is in the heart of the city.The services provided are also very good.They have a nice security system, laundry is available (costs extra, not included in bills), a big communal room on the ground floor where you can enjoy TV, some indoor games or a cup of coffee with your friends.They also have a sweet garden at the backside which has a separate smoking zone and at the other side table tennis.Plus point - They have an elevator as the apartment has 5 floors. Most of the student accommodation is Dundee do not have Elevators.Property is well maintained.Overall experience- 5/5Service- 5/5Cleanliness- 5/5Value for Money - 5/5Manager - Stuart is very helpful and supportive in all terms.

Moving away from home was really nerve wracking but coming into an instantly welcoming environment helped ease my nerves and it only got easier throughout the year. Every evening I can back and Stuart was still in I was always greeted with a smile and a chitchat. I cannot tell you how helpful Friday breakfast club was some mornings when I was too busy to make myself anything, needless to say I’m gonna miss staying here lots, it felt so safe and homely to spend my first year in. Could not recommend more

Been here for over a year now and I must say it is the perfect place. Great location with great people. The main library for Botha Barry and Dundee is within 10 minutes walking distance. Gym across the street. Kindly and Tesco express right across the corner and the main overgate shopping centre down the road. Perfect for a lazy person ahah. Everything is freshly renovated. And if you need any repairments then lovely kevin is there to help you :) Property manager is super friendly and will always try his best to help you with anything, small or big. Rebooked for a reason and am in the process for rebooking for next year too.
