Bought a pack of 200ml Coke on Amazon for £15. Was sent a single 200ml bottle. That makes this £75 a litre - it's more expensive than a vintage Champagne. Total scam

DREADFUL COMPANY. *AVOID*As per previous reviews this company frequently deliver the wrong item and then refuse to give a full refund.They’ve done exactly that with me, and despite knowing I am disabled are now insisting I return their wrong item to them as they won’t arrange a courier to collect it. I think they just send whatever they have in stock rather than what has been ordered and then hope people give up on getting a refund. Their mistake but you pay! Awful

Items arrived but after eating some I noticed a bad taste. Checked the package and saw they were 7 months past there sell by date. Was very sick that night and all the next day. Contacted them and all they said was sorry.

Ordered 2 x 2.5kg packs of Coffeemate through Amazon, on 22nd August 2023, delivery arrived 27th August but only one pack received and they had taken £49.95 from my account for 2 packs.The price was high enough for 2 packs but to only get one is daylight robbery.I have contacted Amazon who told me to contact Wowboxme, I have tried but they don't seem to have an email that works, Amazon said Wowboxme would reimburse me but they are just ignoring me, and it is now 7 SeptemberI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOWBOXME TO ANYONE! AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AMAZON TOO!

I ordered products from this company through Amazon. They promised delivery on the 18th July. When looking at the order on Amazon today. They say Royal Mail tried to deliver at 1253 hrs I was sitting by my front window at this time and no one tried to deliver anything. I complained through Amazon but they washed their hands of it saying it was not the company’s fault. I disagree they choose to deliver by Royal Mail it’s their choice so Royal Mails Failure is their failure.

Wrong order received. 2 weeks now and issue still not resolved. No phone call just being asked the same question when contacted seller.I will continue to use Amazon fresh as they send the right order better prices. Ordered same product this morning and has already arrivedNo you didn’t resolve it, Amazon did! Do not take credit for that

I bought andrex toilet tissue through Amazon for £29.99 but when the parcel arrived it was marked at £4.75 for a pack of 9so should have been £19 despite trying to contact them through Amazon I have had no response whatsoever. Disgusting customer service

Fraudulent seller. Sends out cheaper, near expiry date and missing quantity items instead of what is listed... Basically selling stuff that the big stores cannot sell, what they have bought for pennies as it's broken or on the expiry dates and they then miss-sell to rip people off online... and then... will only offer 20% off.......... Avoid like the plague!

I am a returning customer of this company and have bought before from them with no problems whatsoever.I placed an order for a box of Walkers Quavers which was despatched on or about 11th or 12th August.I received an email confirming my order had been despatched.Thereafter things went a bit wrong! Amazon Logistics said delivery was delayed and they then lost my order. It was never delivered.I then contacted WowBoxMe who showed concern and were most helpful. They have speedily arranged a refund and when this is received I will place another order with them for the same product.I was very pleased with the standard of their customer service.Hopefully Amazon Logistics will not lose my replacement order again and I will actually receive it this time!

On 8th May I ordered 1 tin of Zuma Thick Vegan Hot Chocolate (2KG Tin). On arrival I made a single cup of hot chocolate expecting the drink to thicken up.When it didn't, I re read the instructions and discovered that the company had sent out the wrong item. It was impossible to contact anyone so I raised an online complaint. No response received. I raised another two complaints and eventually received a prepaid return label. I returned the goods and that was the last I ever heard from the company despite numerous unsuccesful attempts to contact them by phone or by their online system. This is an awful company that clearly has no interest in customer support and service. I have not been credited for the return or had the item replaced. Stay clear of them!
