I booked the slot the day before for 8am. I was there just before 8 and saw a queue but it was simply a few cars waiting for the tip to open. I took my trailer in which was full and scrap metal and it was gone in a few minutes. I quite like it booking system as it seems to mean that there is less queuing.

Seamless experience. Well signposted, as I had not been before I booked and was waved through without having to queue. There were lots of members of staff available to direct me to the right place for the separated waste. And they were really helpful when I asked for help with some metal, and something to clean up 'bin juice' from the tarpaulin I had covering the boot of my car. 5* well done team for great customer service and for helping me out.

Such helpful staff. I am disabled and 84 years old, and walk with a stick. No sooner than I stepped out of the car to get rid of some rubbish bags, than one of the nice men came over and took everything off me and put it in the right section. I have always found them all very nice and helpful, so thank you to them.

Working well as normal at Ashford's household recycling centre. There are only 8 bays to park a car in, but the time slot booking system is working well. I queued behind four cars on entry and it wasn't long before I got in. I was very glad to dispose of this rubbish after a big clear up!

Very well organised and laid out. The booking process is straightforward and you get email confirmation and reminders. Although there is often a queue to get in, due to the volume of people turning up, once you're in the staff are friendly and happy to point you in the right direction. The instructions on site are clear with numbered bays to park in.

Totally disgusting service by Martin at the ashford tip this afternoon, after turning up for the second time after booking two visits I was told they couldn’t find my booking and was given abuse by Martin. It’s a shame they employ people who cannot operate an iPad this is the reason fly tipping is on the rise in and around the ashford area. KCC really need to audit there sites and check their employees Martin was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Have to book online but it’s very straight forward. I actually feel it’s a better way, as no waiting, drive straight in. Some employees I find are a job worth, they dictate that you can’t put that in there etc and other employees will say yes that’s where you put it, I feel there’s a atmosphere among staff here but if you know where everything goes than you don’t have to ask staff! Some staff are nice and helpful, but not all of them
