In A Spin Laundry

I was here for over 4 hours due to the volume of washing I had to do. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Sorry I didn't get the lady's name and although she was very busy she made time to help people with a genuine smile as she did so.The launderette is clean with plenty of machines, baskets and places to sit comfortably.

First visit to this place&l only required a dryer...Easy,free parking...Very pleasant lady sorted me an available dryer and provided me with old pound coins,as the machines don't accept new ones.£2 for 16mins soon had my washing dry, as the dryers got nice&hot.The washing machines looked clean&well maintained and a large wash is £6.All in all,a very pleasant experience&well worth a visit if you need a laundrette.

I have used In a Spin, Langley Mill quite a few times now to freshen up duvets/mattress protectors etc and I can’t rate them enough.They work incredibly hard to return your items quickly and in pretty much a ‘new’ condition.Absolute credit where credit is due.They’re brilliant!Thank you so much!

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. The low rating is entirely based on the very over inflated prices (even in this current economic climate). £3 = 15 mins. It’s expensive.The half load of light weight poly cotton garments and socks weren’t completely dry. The machines are +10 years old and don’t take new pound coins. You have to ‘exchange’ them. In my experience average national cost for tumble drying is around £1 = 9 mins.

I had a great experience washing and drying my duvets. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely wash my duvets here every time.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, the man in charge was very rude, my mother in law took my wedding dress and her own wedding outfit to be dry cleaned. I went to put on the dress on my wedding to discover two holes where they had melted it, they tried to cover the holes by cutting petals off the flower on the waist band.They did a terrible job trying to hide it, what happened to being honest and an apology. If they have told me I could have done something about it and just to top it off they shrunk the under skirt in my mother in laws dress.

Absolute Disgusting! Avoid at all costs!As soon as I walked in with my three bags of washing because my machine had broken down.The owner said before I even opened the door to the machine said don't over load the machines there very expensiveI said I won't!Next he said what are you putting in the machine.I said just dirty clothes!Have you got dog blankets or horse blanketsI said no just my children's cloths!!I filled one machine all the time with the owner Making me feel very uncomfortable I went to close the door he said raising his voice I'll do that. That was it. I found him so rude and over bearing I said you know what I'll go somewhere else, I didn't want to give such an ignorant man my custom his attitude and manner was just awful

Had a new zip put in my leather coat last week. Excellent job. I was told about £25 but on collection it was only £20 ! Great service.

First class,only been twice and I won't be going anywhere else,so helpful and so friendly....how can anyone look forward to going to a launderette.....,I do
