Went in for a few cleaning bits but couldmt help myself picking up a pizza on the way... Lovely staff on today.. spoke with Young brunette girl.. She helped me pick out nice toppings.. then I forgot to buy the oven cleaner

I ordered a pair of ladies shoes online for collection.I went to the collection point upstairs and showed my e mail to male on counter. He said I had to use the machine next to the counter. I entered my order number and machine came up with order not recognised. I pressed help button. Lady arrived looked at my e mail and said I needed to be downstairs at rhe grocery collection. I said it's shoes not groceries. She turned away and said you need to be downstairs. I went to grocery collection and followed instructions and was prompted to wait for parcel. After 20.minutes no show. Went back upstairs to counter. Female assistant said you need to use the machineI told her what happened before and I asked her why I had been sent downstairsShe said you need to use the machine. I tried to explain she cut me off turned around and got a parcel and said this might be yours. Disgraceful service. First male did not know what he was talking about. First female was rude and sent me to wrong place. Second female was even ruder and did not listen to me.Disgraceful service. Rude staff and very unhelpful.This was on 21st June at approx 1245.D.MACKENZIE

Absolutely shocking today, Sat afternoon, not enough staff on again, can't find produce again, shelves empty again, ques 15 go 20 deep at what checkouts are working including self service, cost you £100 today as left trolleyfull of shopping behind...what a waste of my time, ended up at Lidle...no issues there.

Been shopping at Asda for years but feel I am spending more time diving out of the way of staff collecting for home deliveries. They just barge through without slowing down, it's almost as if they don't want people in the store.

Went to Ashington Asda to get a picture birthday cake, I am not technically minded so I asked an assistant in the bakery for help. She couldn't have been more helpful or patient, her name was Jessica and I can't praise her enough an asset to your store.

Ordered online, never got a knock at the door, called customer service and they said I’d get a refund within 5 working days.. that was 3 weeks ago, won’t be shopping with Asda ever again, loyal customer gone. Utter garbage quality they have for food in the first place, not to mention how overpriced it is compared to the likes of Lidl, Home bargains, Aldi and so on.

Had a very nice shopping experience everytime IVe been. Friendly staff always and labelled aisles. Lovely lady on the pizza counter lily always very smiley and cheerful when I go.

Took 25mins to get served. Ques on the 3 open tills back to the centre of the shop. Ques at all the self service tills. It like this most days!!! About time you spent those huge profits on some more staff
