It was recommended as a good place to buy a pram, We were not disappointed, a massive selection of buggies, prams and everything in-between. We purchased an amazing buggy with all the attachments including a car seat, all at a highly competitive price. I would highly recommend a visit.

Always helpful and ready to give sound advice - you can tell they really know their stuff and let you try stuff out which helps massively. They'll also come out into the car park help you fit things like car seats, which is great and gives you the confidence that it's been set up properly, making the whole process less stressful. There's a reason they've been in business so long!

We came here after discovering the car seat we had been given was an awful fit for our tiny baby. The team here are so helpful, on the hottest day of the year they carried 4 or 5 different car seats out for us the try while we waited in the shade just popping out long enough to test the baby in them. We will definitely be back when she outgrows this seat.

This shop and it's staff are such an asset to York, I would be so lost without it.Thank you to the team who were working today and put up with my car seat panic. I took my baby for a car seat consultation today. It was a bookable appointment during the covid-19 pandemic. We were the only customers in store at the time and all the guidelines were followed which was very reassuring.This was my first time buying a car seat and I'd previously found all the choices and terms overwhelming. But the staff were welcoming, friendly and guided me through everything in a way that was easy to understand.Staff were brilliant with my baby and talked to her, played with her (from a distance) and there were lots of smiles. No anxiety or stranger danger" haha.It was nice to know that I wasn't ripped off for being so naive and new to it all too. Staff were very open and honest with me about how my current car seat was fine

Ordered a car seat from this lovely company. We needed a new one ASAP so opted for a quick delivery. Received a call shortly after to inform me that unfortunately the colour we had chosen was on back order and I was surprised to be offered a generous compromise so that we could get the colour quickly and didn’t have to wait for the the seat to come in stock again. The chair arrived two days later and we are very happy. I can not remember the last time I felt I had received such personal and friendly customer service. Lovely shop that clearly goes above and beyond for customers. Will be recommending!

Went to this shop by chance as we were in York, went in with the expectation of just having a look. Gave a lady our budget & she came back with a brilliant pram which was £200 more than our budget however, due to it being the last one (on view), gave us a hefty discount. Great customer service, friendly & knowledgeable staff. She gave us a tutorial of how to use it with ease & we were sold! Took the pram there & then however, didn’t feel pressured into it we took it purely because the product was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
