I´ve been using Currie Gilmour for several years to buy properties and for my property rentals business, as well as for some family stuff, wills, probate, etc. I´ve always found Neil, Karen and their other staff to be patient, efficient and super reliable. A friend recommended Neil, and I told her she couldn’t have made a better recommendation. I thought buying a flat for the first time during a pandemic with a toddler might be stressful, but Neil made it all so easy. He came and stood in our stairwell (government rules not allowing visitors in the house) to check our documents, and when nothing happened for a couple of weeks and I got a bit panicky, he was extremely reassuring. When our interests needed guarding, he responded quickly and effectively. He has now also provided helpful follow-up advice, going above and beyond, which is why I really wanted to come on here to leave a review.
