Lee is a wonderful guy, He assisted me with reviving my old laptop so I could use it till I save up to replace it. He kept providing options for me throughout, via calls and text. His prices were reasonable and I ended up getting free diagnosis and repair all thanks to his benevolence. Thank you Lee and may God continue to bless you.

I needed my iMac fixing/upgrading and came across DigitLee services. I got in touch and was made to feel very reassured from the start. He didn’t make any false promises but just said he’d take a look. He contacted me to let me know that he’d need to buy other parts to complete the job and kept me updated throughout. After just a couple of days, I got the news that it was ready to pick up. I was absolutely delighted to see that not only had he fixed my Mac but he had also fixed parts I didn’t even realise were broken. This obviously incurred extra costs, but his communication was very open and I trusted his expertise completely. Definitely recommend! No where else quite like it on the Wirral. Not only was the repair itself done with such care and professionalism. Customer satisfaction is genuinely a top priority for DigitLee and he puts the person’s needs first! 10/10!

Went to Lee with a broken macbook screen with none of the display working. Lee was helpful from the beginning. Took the laptop to him at the start of the week and by the end of the week was repaired and ready to collect. The repair was of a very high quality and the cost was extremely reasonable. Lee’s communication throughout was great and he went above and beyond to explain preventative measures and possible insurance routes for cover on the laptop. Was very happy with the service provided from start to finish!

A very professional service to fix my MacBook Pro which seemed like it was ready for the graveyard! Lee explained what the fault could be and gave me an open, honest opinion before starting work. Took my new laptop to be set up by Lee and in double quick time Lee transferred over my data from my old laptop and made everything sound so simple.Absolutely delighted with the outcome any issues I can’t recommend Lee high enough as his knowledge and customer service is second to none.

My Apple MacBook Pro is getting on a bit and was running slower & slower, also the battery wasn’t holding a charge, keypad wasn’t working and obviously I thought is it worth getting it repaired or would I be better investing in something a bit newer. I found Lee on Google and contacted him. I took it to him and he said he would have a look at it and give me an honest assessment. Well within the day he had diagnosed what was needed to bring it back to a good working standard again, gave me a very competitive quote and he proceeded to do the work, kept me in touch with regard to progress, ordered parts etc. Picked it up and it really was a revelation, speed, downloading and general performance was a vast improvement. I had a problem with my external hard drive, my computer wouldn't open it for a reason. I am a photographer and I thought I lost all my files and I was so worried! I found Lee on Google and he was incredibly helpful. I dropped the hard drive to his office and he saved all my files in one day. He communicate with me often during this time letting me know what was happening during saving my files, how long would it take etc.. He also charged me less than half the online companies would charge. I am so happy with his service and I would highly recommend him. Thank you again Lee for saving my files!
