Hannah Rachael Weddings

There really are no words to explain just how amazing Hannah was in planning our wedding day! We had our wedding in the Cotswolds (July 2022) and Hannah was our rock throughout the whole process. There were site visits, endless amounts of valuable advice (and support!) and her famous function sheets. I truly felt like the only Bride in the world. Steve and I simply could not have had our most perfect day without her.Hannah is the most organised, calm and loveliest person you could ever hire to help with you wedding - I have been and will forever be recommending her services!

If you work with Hannah for your wedding you will never know that your caterers were late, that vehicles got stuck in the mud, that you were missing key pieces of furniture… because she will solve all these problems and more while you are relaxing and enjoying your wedding day!As a wedding celebrant, I appreciate the time she took to check my needs weeks before the wedding, and I know she is great at liaising with other suppliers and getting everyone to work together. What a star!

It is impossible to write a sufficiently glowing review for Hannah! We booked her to help with on the day coordination but she was SO much more than that. She worked with us from the moment we booked her (months out) ensuring we had every last detail covered, and her insanely detailed function sheets are just incredible. She took so much time to understand exactly what we envisaged for our day, and what was important to us, and was there to make sure our suppliers delivered on that, both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. Hannah’s attention to detail setting up our tables was second to none - I had a very clear (slightly pedantic) vision of what I wanted and she delivered on that perfectly - she is a perfectionist! She went above and beyond on the day going well beyond her agreed scope of work, even organising our reception brass band to play our walk-in song as a last minute surprise (a total highlight for us). Thanks so much Hannah - we wish we could do it all again!!

What can I say! Hannah was absolute blessing at our wedding! I don’t quite think I could have done it without her! Being in the wedding industry myself I knew I wanted someone to help make sure I was able to relax and enjoy the day and that’s exactly what she did and more! We hired Hannah to help us with venue styling for our wedding day. Out of everything we chose for our day, she was the best investment we made by far! The whole thing so much less stressful because of her and she has amazing taste. She was enthusiastic, excited, patient and understanding at all times. She anticipated our needs and sorted things before we even knew what we needed. All of our guests loved the styling and so did we. If you want wedding styling or planning, suppliers don’t get better or kinder than Hannah. Maybe we can convince her to style a vow renewal in 20 years!

We cannot recommend Hannah and her services enough! We got married at home on our farm and she made the entire process a million times easier for us. She worked tirelessly from the moment we booked her until late into the night of our wedding day, doing whatever needed doing to make our day run perfectly. All of our suppliers commented on how great she was to work with and she completely shielded us from any of the organisational issues we didn’t need to know about on the day!
