My fiancee was over joyed with the dress she selected. The girls were amazing and couldn't be more helpful, I was able to go look at the stunning new suit department while my partner selected her dress. A real experience!

Such a beautiful building, amazing staff and stunning dresses. Julieanne Natalie, Agnes, Karen and lynn, couldn’t be more helpful. The hour long appointment was such a fun experience and no question I had went unanswered. Highly recommend.

Couldn't have received a worst experience towards the end.I purchased two flower girl dresses, and two bridesmaid dresses. I had paid the flower girl dresses outright (£500) and put 50% deposit on the bridesmaid (£250) leaving £250 left to pay.Unfortunately I broke up with my partner and the wedding was cancelled. The shop had all 4 dresses as I never collected any. I then received a very rude phone call from the accounts department, telling me very bluntly if I didn't pay the remaining £250 I'd be taken to court for it. I wasn't given the option to a payment plan or even consideration to ask how I am keeping. The entertainment company wiped £500 deposit that was owed. The wedding shop I purchased my wedding dress wiped the £1000,yet this shop couldn't take the £750 already paid andw ipe the £250. Absolutely shocking service and left extremely stressed with the action taken and lack of empathy. Wanted to speak to the owner on day of collection to discuss this however was too busy for a chat.

Posted this on the retailers facebook appears to have been removed!!I contacted the site via facebook to enquire about a dress which I have fallen in love with. I was advised that this was stocked by them and when I asked for a price I hit a wall. I do not live near but I was willing to travel some distance to see the dress.I called the store to ask a price and I was asked what my budget was and when I said I was told oh its more than that". If the aim is to make a brides to be feel like they are not good enough to shop at the store well they have achieved your goal. I feel like my money isn’t good enough for them and that my budget is laughable which I might add it is not.I will be looking elsewhere for the wedding dress

Stunning dresses. Staff are so helpful and I was made to feel at ease straight away. Fantastic prices. Overall I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend.

Myself and my wife had a fabulous experience at Vintage Rose Bridal.The staff excelled themselves from the moment we came through the door, they just couldn’t do enough for our daughter.Well done girls! One daughter down and two to go! We will definitely be back!

Terrible dresses and horrible service!! The staff at the wedding centre were awful and treated myself and my bridal party like dirt on their shoe- Would not recommend to anyone!

My fiancé had a wonderful time at the wedding centre, from the second she entered the beautiful building the staff were very helpful and friendly, the service was outstanding and she got her dream wedding dress after we had a look around the suit departments both options to buy and hire so everything wrapped up in one trip! Would definitely recommend the wedding centre Randalstown.

Went today with my daughters first member we saw just stared at us made us feel very uncomfortable. Lynn was helpful.
