A great group and community to be a part of here at South Hereford Muay Thai where novices and pros are welcome. The Facilities and Coaches are able to help and support well over 40+ students at a time, with Gary and Shane being able to guide everyone with there knowledge plus experience in becoming great fighters but more importantly great people. I can’t thank them enough for the hours and education they’ve put in creating a better version of myself.

Great place to grow as both a person and a fighter. My striking has improved greatly as has my cardio and general fitness. The Guided meditations at the end may be my favourite part-after pushing my self to my physical limits I leave the class feeling fresh and relaxed.
